Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline

Great room, clean and relatively quiet. Front desk staff was pleasant. Bought the parking and breakfast packages. Underground parking at $40 per day... $15 off with package. A bit disappointed with the breakfast. First time there and didn't know there was a limited menu. One staff member was nice, the other not so much.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. The decor is very restful and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. I like that there is a sofa as well as a bed, and the television is wall mounted to swivel to allow viewing from different areas of the room.
There is a nice breakfast area serving Starbucks coffee, lattes, etc.
The hotel is also the cleanest I've ever seen in my travels. Every surface is spotless. I'm sort of a clean fanatic, so this is a high compliment from me!
I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed a few nights here for a book signing at Brookline Booksmith and were able to explore Boston as well. It's conveniently located to several restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The rooms are beautiful, and clean with comfy beds. For some reason though, most of the outlets aren't charging our phones- a few of them work well enough but it took some trial and error. The staff have been friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

Our daughter lives in Brighton and we love to stay here. We love that it is clean and friendly. It's close to some adorable shops and good food! Right down the street from grocery too! We didn't eat at the hotel, but it is a nice place to stay!

i stayed here for a quick work trip. only was at this hotel for 1 night but my room was lovely, a corner with windows on both sides and the sunrise was lovely out my open window. lots within walking distance. room was clean and spacious.

Everything on the property was clean and neat.
Samantha was a great host. I felt very welcomed.
Very close to House of Blues, Fenway Park and various restaurants and bars.

Perfect location for visits to my son. What a cute and quaint neighborhood. Looking forward to visiting more.

We arrived as a team for Head of the Charles. It was a SUPER busy weekend at the hotel with crew teams, college homecoming/parents weekend, etc. I can not say enough good things about the staff from this hotel. Every single person from the front desk to the cafe to the bar to housekeeping went out of their way to help accommodate our needs. We're so grateful to the team at the Courtyard to making our weekend so memorable and fun. We will definitely be back!

Very impressed by Courtyard Brookline MA: the attentive, caring front desk staff handled guest needs during big snowstorm with such grace and competency. Their shuttle driver was also very good, ferrying folks to nearby medical centers in difficult driving conditions. Our stay here has cemented our intent to stay lifelong Marriott members

The Brookline Courtyard Marriott provided a great stay in a nice neighborhood. It hit all the marks you may desire in a hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was updated and very clean. The room was also quite with fairly low outdoor and hallway noise. The on-site bistro was good and there were many fantastic restaurants nearby. Great experience overall and I would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

I was there visiting town for the funeral of a loved one. Every single person behind the counter that I dealt with was pleasant, curteous, sympathetic, kind and pleasant. The room was comfortable. The people and the general demeanor was just heartwarming. Great appreciation and high recommendation!

The location, cleanliness, and accomodations were great as expected from a Marriott location. What compelled me to write this review and rate it a five star is the front desk gentlement who greeted my wife and I when we checked in, his name was Bob. He was intelligent, courteous, kind, funny, and all at 1230am when we arrived! I am not sure our experience would have been the same without Bob, but I would in a heartbeat stay here again AND recommend any friends to do the same because of the hospitality Bob provided. I am not exactly sure how it works, but this man should be promoted, get a raise, or given whatever he asks for because he is doing a great service to the Marriott chain and deserves to be treated so.

We loved the location! The staff was wonderful!!! The room was very clean and spacious! I’d definitely recommend! Honestly, I’ve not stayed in many places that have impressed me more. Especially for being very responsible priced.

Great location and friendly staff. I stay about 150 nights a year with Marriott and this one is newer, modern, great food nearby and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and a complimentary upgrade is always nice to get, especially when you don't have to ask for it. Thanks!

I pretty much live at this hotel from Mon - Thurs for work. It's great! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are typical Courtyard size and style. There's always fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. It's been great to call this my home away from home.

In Boston for cancer treatment. The staff at the front desk were amazing, housekeeping was more than accommodating and the room rate for people in Boston for appointments were very reasonable.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the shuttle had us us to our appointments on time.
I cannot express how much we appreciate the kindness received.

Stayed for a week for business. Very convenient location with lots of options for eating out. The parking is extremely helpful and getting around is not a problem. Rooms are large and comfortable. Being in the middle of a very busy city it's not very quite but that's not something the hotel can help with.

Stayed here far a concert at Fenway. Convenient to the T or close enough to walk. Affordable parking available under the building, my room was immaculate, and the service at the Cafe was phenomenal.

The staff people at this hotel epitomize the Marriott values and image. It was a joy to eat at the Bistro and the Front Desk staff were so very kind and helpful.
