Gentle Giant Moving Company

The packing crew- wrapped every piece of furniture, packed all the dishes and glassware carefully, were all respectful and didn't play rap music or curse. Some boxes weren't labeled but that's ok. There were a LOT of boxes. Moving crew- wow! Energetic, efficient, again respectful and no cursing or crazy music. They hustled for 8 hours and walked with me through the house we left plus the house we moved into to make sure everything was right. Big shout out to Chris, Jack, Chloe, Rolando and Azee. I would use them again.

I booked Gentle Giant for a 4 bedroom move and thing could not have gone any better. I used them to move just my furniture, TVs, gas grill, tread mill, and some random boxes. The 4 guys were on time, took great care of everything, and were a pleasure to work with. I mistakenly screwed up directing them which mattresses went into which rooms 3x and each time they moved them again for me with no complaints. I would definitely use Gentle Giant again!

Our experience with Gentle Giant was exceptional. Everyone was professional and courteous. We had multiple schedule changes due to delays with our new home and they were always flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the GG crew that moved us from our home of 32 years to Cape Cod. The entire team was extremely hardworking, efficient and just the nicest team! They went above and beyond to help deal with what felt like an impossible task. From our initial meeting with GG through the entire process, everyone was fantastic. From the first call with David, I knew no matter the price, I wanted to work with Gentle Giant. On the day of the move, Zach and his crew solidified that I made the right decision. They were not only professional and extremely efficient, they were respectful and so friendly to us and to each other. It was clear that they cared about their customers and their job tremendously. My husband and I joked that they were the Michelin star restaurant staff of moving.

Gentle Giant rocks! Moving is stressful, but when your three guys showed up at our house this morning my pulse rate returned to normal. It was clear they knew what they were doing, and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Highly recommended!

Gentle Giants did a great job moving us out of our 3000 sq. ft house. Greg gave a comprehensive quote along with helpful advice in initial walk-through. The crew/team of Luke, Alex C, Sean, London, Alex T and Tyler were professional, personable and efficient. Our belongings are being put into their climate controlled warehouse for a several month stay. Thanks to Catherine in the office for her help as well. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience with the teams at Gentle Giant from the initial move, storing my things for 1 month, & then with the final move into my new condo. Excellent packing of artwork, etc, & great care of all items packed/moved! Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd move with Gentle Giant and they are exceptional. They took great care with some precious items and even with the box my cat loves to sleep in, they took care to protect and move it to our new home. They were polite, kind, considerate and efficient throughout my move. I will use them again for any future move!

Our experience with the whole team from GG was fabulous. Starting with John Weigel, the Move Coordinator. He was courteous, responsive, very helpful and really customer friendly! The on-site team lead by Octavian (!!) were similarly very user-friendly, helpful, hardworking and great fun. I don't remember everyone's name but would give a shout out to Jack, Nick and Roman. Again, the whole team were great! Thank you all.

This was our 4th move with GG and we could not have been more pleased. The crew is incredibly conscientious and flexible with the last minute modifications to our move. I cannot recommend them enough. One day after they supported the Boston Marathon - we had a crew on site at 8 am and ready to go!!

Gentle Giant did our in-office move on Wednesday, 1/17/2024. They were able to schedule our move with very short notice and really helped us push our renovation schedule forward. Jon and his crew were extremely fast and efficient on move day. Thank you so much!

The movers (London and Orion) were very professional, punctual, efficient and friendly. I've used GG several times and the company and its staff never disappoint their customers. They are total pros at what they do. I highly recommend GG and will continue to use them.

We were very pleased with our movers. Marcus Jon, Jesse and Denys were great, wrapped everything well and were so pleasant. They work very hard!

Conor and Jordan were GREAT. Friendly, warm, efficient, hard-working, and thoughtful. They moved my dad's priceless (and heavy) family heirlooms into his new place without a scratch, and always with a smile. Couldn't have done a better job!

Matt and his helper showed up right at the beginning of the window, did it all on their own, delivered it to the proper rooms, and did it with a smile. They towed a 1800s dresser up two flights carefully and without damage. They’re both masterchiefs in my book.

I would never/will never move without Gentle Giant. They are extremely professional, so fast, so hard working, and incredibly kind. They are in constant contact from the time you reach out, until the very end of the move. They do everything they can to make your move smooth and easy. I’ve used them several times and they never disappoint. To say we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them is an understatement!

The Gentle Giant team of Matt, Andrew and Austin for today's move was spectacular...in every regard. Communication, care and consideration, speed, handling of our furniture...you name it they were 2nd to none! We have ALWAYS used Gentle Giant including four other moves in our nearly 40 years of home ownership. We would highly recommend Gentle Giant and would not think to use another move company. These guys were great! We moved about a year and a half ago and used a different moving company. Some of the guys were so tired that we told them to leave the boxes downstairs and we would bring them up. The other moving company was a little bit cheaper - but it was not worth the few hundred dollars we saved.
Our crew at Gentle GIant were professional, hard working and considerate. They worked hard with smiles on their faces and asked great questions of us. (Example: before they left they asked if we wanted them to move any of the furniture they placed. I asked them to move one of the beds over a few feet, and they did without hesitation!) I would absolutely recommend these guys!
