Market Basket

I go to Market Basket quite a bit to due to its convenient location to my house, and its relative affordability in today's economy. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, even during the holidays when the line wraps around the produce section in the far corner of the store, the lines move quickly and the front end employee are still smiling when they cash you out.

I never realized how many pictures I take at Market Basket until I just searched my phone to see if I could share any in this review. I guess I'm very impressed with the store because I have far more pictures of a grocery store than anyone should ever have!

We shop here weekly! Always stocked when we visit. Friendly cashiers and baggers. My kids started here back when they were 14. Great place to start out. They will get you something if they don’t have it and keep it in stock for you. My elderly mom comes to our town MB from another town because of the manager and for this reason.

Tons of quality food choices available, from breakfast sandwiches, subs for lunch with a nice selection of chips to go along. Ready made salads, (packets of dressings available) I like to grab some chicken tenders to add to the salad, and an outstanding selection of breakfast pastries.

By Far the Best Market Basket in the area. Clean, organized, friendly staff, civilized customers, plenty of parking, and not cramped like other stores.

I was in need of groceries following a recent hospital stay. I had health problems that prevented me from walking too far. After calling the store on a whim, a scooter was delivered out to my car, and employees at every turn inquired if they could help. They even helped me load my car with my belongings. Just those three suitcases made a tremendous difference in my life. Thank you for maintaining the feel of a family-run company.

I love Market Basket, food and selection is great, BUT I had a terrible encounter with the cashier and her nasty attitude, Like bro I don’t know what I did besides buy stuff, I felt really appalled with her behavior. I was about to leave, but I was unsettled and distraught, it took marsh to find a manager, and he was very understanding and sympathetic when he showed. I’m all set with the Market Basket vibe for good. They need some security in there or self checkouts.

Went grocery shopping at Market Basket. Quickly located without the need for a map. We located everything we needed. No empty racks that I could tell. The prices at Market Basket are lower than those at competing supermarkets in the neighborhood. Parking lot lighting is adequate. You should wear a mask, although it's not mandatory.

I like to shop for Breakfast and lunch, nice breakfast sandwiches, nice subs for lunch and a lot of snack options.

Organized and clean store with plenty of helpful staff

Excellent prices, friendly employees, and the best french bread around. The only drawback is how busy the store is, but that's expected given the great prices and employees.

The best thing about this place besides the prices and variety is the sandwich counter and employees. I live in another town and love coming to this store. They are that good. Employees are the best I've seen .Good job.They made the covid restrictions more bearable and we're nice throughout all this time. Cashier's are fantastic and friendly.

After a recent hospitalization I needed some groceries. Due to medical issues I could not walk a great distance. On a whim I called the store upon arrival and they had a scooter brought out to my car every aisle an employee asked if I needed assistance. They also assisted me by placing my items in my car. Only 3 bags but it made a world of difference to me. Thank you for still acting like a family business!

I've known this store and many of the employees 2001. This is an absolutely top notch place to shop. Countless are the times I've asked where a specific thing is and the folks on the floor outwardly prefer to take you to the product. 'Personable' would be an understatement. Variety, freshness and of course the super low prices on lobster are, again, top notch.

I know this particular store like the back of my hand!

Make sure to snatch a rotisserie chicken before they're all gone!

Market's kitchen sells great little meals, perfect for taking to work for lunch!

They also have bags of gourmet cookies that are the bee's knees, the ones made by themselves, near Market's Kitchen!

The deli is just superb, and is worth the wait, if there isn't any line that is!

Best place to go food shopping-period, or at least in my opinion.

Shopped for groceries at Market Basket. Easy to find without navigation. Found everything we were looking for. Didn't notice any empty shelves. Market Basket is more affordable than other supermarkets in the area. Well illuminated parking lot. Masks are encouraged but not required.

Good variety. Cold milk . Sales are hit or miss. Last week orange juice two for five. This week 3.69 each. But I like it, sushi is good.

This is one of the better Market Baskets in the area. However, they usually get a little stingy with their returns, so make sure you bring your posse and best "b*+$& face" you can bring to the table. We love it when the seafood goes on sale for reasonable prices. The deli has great-tasting cheeses and meats. The pasta is great here too. And the butcher is great with a lot of choice in meats. It's amazing how they're capable of packing and moving so much food.

By far the best place to go for groceries! And I have been to many grocery stores...none of them matched Market Basket is quality or price.

I was in another store the same day and after picking a few produce items, got really disgusted with the quality and abandoned my cart, headed to MB and found the same produce at 60% cost and better quality.

These folks are not kidding when they say More for your dollar! They live it too.

Best prices. Best customer service. This location is rarely over crowded. The staff is always asking if you need help to your car with your bags. Why would you ever go to Stop and shop where they are doing you favor to check out your over priced items?

They have everything I need, even almost every specialty, vegan, or ethnic item I've ever looked for. The prices are GREAT! And I especially like that every check out line has a cashier and a bagger! No scanning my own groceries while trying to simultaneously sort/bag them and fumbling for money!
