Wegmans

Cool store. Really clean restrooms. There bathrooms are Immaculate, absolutely the Cleanest bathrooms in the entire mall. We were here recently at the Natick Mall, when to a few stores, needed to use the bathrooms before heading home, Wegmans fantastic 😀 job on maintaining your Bathrooms! We absolutely appreciate that , using the facilities and having a clean. This sterile safe place is to use the mouth around. Thank you for that! This is such a beautiful store! I remember the good old days when this was JCPenny years ago,when they had Photo & and Optical , I got glasses there years ago. No complaints,whatsoever!

Update: We went Friday, June -16th-2023 , as a family to do some shopping at The Natick Mall. It's ashamed that Wegmans is closing soon. I read that this ( Wegmans was the largest with two floors and escalators on the East Coast , this store is so beautiful and clean. They did even have signs that indicated that they were closing or going " Out of Business ". We'll so used to going to this entrance, because it's so easy to go to Build- A- Bear Workshop, and very accessible to access from the Garage, to the Walk - way to the level 3 to the Mall entrance. I hope something good takes Wegmans place. We'd always used Wegmans restrooms before going shopping in the mall, and then we use their bathrooms on the way - out , because they were the ultimate Cleanest bathrooms in the mall .

It's a lovely grocery store with a great variety of goods. The prepared foods are fab and they have a great selection of craft beers and wines. The store is on two floors, but the escalators have a special lane for your shopping trolley so it's easy to get around and there are a lot of places to leave your cart in the car park. Really helpful and friendly staff, with lots of nice samples to try out. The burger joint they have is all very good and pretty well priced.

I've always loved Wegman even before I moved here. Goods here are of good quality. Although a little pricey, it's not very expensive.

Feb2023: 5⭐: I could recommend this grocery store location and these workers.
I searched for this location as a result of shopping for the mother-in-chief while visiting this area. According to the map, it shows as one location, but doesn't have a physical store at the location. I searched a bit around the Natick Mall area trying to determine where the entrance was and found it adjacent to the parking structure F. There is handicap parking available on this first level as well as general parking across from this entrance via the crosswalk. Just above the crosswalk, was a bridge which I assume was suitable for wheelchair vehicle parking in that area to cross through an automatic door as this door on the first level was up the stairs. This location seems about the average size of what I've seen in Columbia, Maryland and Pentagon City, Virginia. Those two stores were the first ones I shopped at in Maryland with my family and in Pentagon City while working in the area. Those two stores had significant competition from adjacent stores which kept prices reasonable. It seems that this location doesn't have any adjacent grocery competition that's sufficiently keeps prices in check. The locations in both Maryland and Washington. DC had plenty of major chains available to compete for your grocery and shopping dollars.
I noted that upon entry through this first level floor, that the entire right section was dedicated to alcohol or wine. I was able to locate several items on the first level before proceeding to the second level to check out the food court and search for the additional items I was ordered to retrieve for dinner.
There is a great little gadget that moves the shopping 🛒 cart upstairs that seems pretty nice gee wiz type of thing. All of the floor space appeared clear of obstructions. The shelves I observed were fully stocked and all of the products I observed walking around were fronted on the shelves. The frozen section was neat and all of the items were fronted that I observed. I didn't walk through the alcohol area but everything appeared to be fronted as well and orderly without obstructions in the aisles. I decided to go ahead and proceed upstairs by way of the escalator snapping a few photos from the higher level down to the lower level. The upper level had several prepared food areas that were cleaned and appropriately stocked.

(0) out of (5)⭐ I was a little bit taken aback by the price of $16 a pound for the chicken strips, chicken wings, potato wedges, etc takeout food which was shockingly higher than any of the local food stores in the area. ***If I was making a review on this specific issue alone, it would be (0) out of (5)⭐ stars. The chicken strips I got were dry and over cooked. The potato wedges were okay, but any gas station mini mart would be just as tasty and significantly cheaper.

I scanned the area to see that they had other prepared meals, a nice selection of olives and cheese, sushi, pizza, bakery, and fresh herbs along with fresh produce. I walked through the area and everything was visually pleasing to the eye as well as the produce as it should be when you walk it to the store from that entry/exit. I noted that there was a hamburger joint in the back corner. I didn't notice whether or not it was supposed to be a part of the store or a restaurant in the store. A check of the price of the other ready made food

A great huge supermarket with two floors. The food has gotten higher in price. There is a big selection of meats and fish. Wide selection of cheeses. Wegmans branded foods are worth getting and are really good. Wide food and snack selections from places all over. You don't find these foods in other grocery stores.

Spoiler alert... AMAZING STORE. This is really an "over the top", in a good way, shopping experience. They really have everything. I bought some amazing Casa Noble Tequila from a tasting and it is very very good. We also grabbed some coffee rolls and they live up to the hype.

Sure this place was packed but the staff was on point. The handled the amount of people very well and the samples were a nice touch. Very happy to have this store so close to home.

One of the biggest and nicest grocery stores I've seen. Loved their spices for smoked cedar plank of salmon! Worth a visit!

Positive experience while checking out thanks to Stephanie! Super friendly and helpful. I needed to find an item and she was very knowledgeable about the different aisles and departments. Every shopping experience here has been exceptional as each associate is willing to assist you. The store is really clean, well stocked and well organized.

Wegmans is awesome. As far as grocery stores go, Wegmans is just far superior to any other choice. If you’re looking to take your Wegmans shopping experience to the next level, look no further than the Natick Wegmans that’s two-stories of groceries, restaurants, and more. This grocery store is a whopping 146,500-square-feet while still giving you all of the amenities you know and love about Wegmans.

Biggest Wegmans I have seen after Rochester NY. It got everything. Its huge, available from veggies to liqour, fresh and frozen. The staff is amazing.

This place is a FIVE period. Haters can say what ever but thank you Wegmans for opening in the Natick Mall! First, they have EVERYTHING. Second, they have competitive pricing. I bough organic bananas by Dole and it was 69 cents per pound. I could go to Target or Stop & Shop, but it wouldn't be any cheaper. I could pay more at Whole foods. I also had sushi ($25 for 8 pieces and 4 rolls, enough for two people). They used quality fish and didn't skimp on soy sauce (kikoman) or wasabi. Two floors of fun! Watch the trollies travel up and down dedicated escalators just like in Japan! I also went to the booze section and made sure the pricing was competitive. Go today! Will report back in a month to see if they keep it up!

It's a shame this unique Natick mall grocery store is closing down. Had a great experience shopping here! Loved the grocery cart escalators!! They were thoughtful to make them slightly slower than the escalator so you could be ready to receive your cart by the time it reached the top/bottom.

The shop is just opened, it’s grand, new and spacious!

Of course brand new stores are amazing but this store is well thought out and full of speciality areas like a burger bar and coffee shop. I'm having a nitro cold brew while my son has a kids chicken fingers plate. Parking was slightly harder then a standalone store but very manageable .

Wonderful shopping experience! Comprehensive list of items and super clean! Delicious hot and cold food bar! If you don’t want to get wet during rain and snow, this would be your to go grocery! So sorry to see Wegmans Natick to be closed soon! 😭

Love the newly opened Wegman’s inside the Natick Mall. There’s restaurant on the second floor! If you have an electric vehicle you can park and charge for free right outside of wegman’s.

I LOVE WEGMANS! Lol this place is awesome I go here all the time for the variety of hot foods and sushi! Great place for lunch, just be mindful of how much you put into your plate because you pay by weight and it’s a little expensive but you can get what you want and as much as you want ! You’re welcome in advance go check them out !

Awesome double decker grocery store with an affordable and extensive range of products. The stores prepared food offerings are extensive and really well done, outshining other grocery store heat-and-eat meals. The green grocery selection has some exotic fruits and vegetables and a lot of good quality produce all around. The wine section is massive with reasonable, albeit normal prices. Overall, this is a big store but with a small footprint, and with a great location - love the parking!

Make sure to use the Wegmans app. Your shopping experience would become much easier.

Subs are worth a visit alone. $16 for a massive sub that gave me two meals and could easily be 4 if you have more self control than me. On top of that selection is great. Only two things to be aware of is this is part of the mall so plan parking accordingly and it's split into two levels so if you want to be efficient it takes some planning.
