Super Detail Auto Body

Took my Mercedes Benz Sprinter to Victor after a car rear ended it. He took great care of it. Cleaned it out completely and even rented a replacement car while mine in the shop. Very professional and did a quick job. Will definitely refer him to family& friends who need body work.

Victor, Jessica and the team were fast, efficient and provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I dropped off my car with a busted bumper, hood and headlight with some work to be done underneath on a Monday morning and picked up Wednesday afternoon. With no judgement and full transparency, Victor assessed the vehicle and provided a fair estimate of repair answering any and all questions with integrity. Every interaction with the team and phone call with Jessica was consistent in the shop's overall professional and kind service. While I plan to not damage my car in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again, and certainly recommend those in the unfortunate situation to visit Super Detail Auto Body. They even took it through a carwash prior to pickup. Thank you!!

Exceeded my expectations in every way from start to finish! First let me say that I've never had a bad experience with any auto body shop, but I now set my bar for service so much higher after dealing with Victor and his team! Seriously!! The level of professionalism was chef's kiss starting with my initial reaction with his secretary, Yessica. Once connected with Victor, he was hands on and went above and beyond to coordinate with me to assess the damages on my car (that my insurance company said was on the brink of a total loss-old car/low value); and assured me that he would able to fix it without demanding a supplement that would push me into a total loss! Aside from the damages visible in the photos- my fluid wiper tank busted and the frame was lightly bent (not cracked) I will admit- that even though they have such great reviews and I was referred to the shop by a highly trusted source, I was still nervous as to whether he could truly save my car and whether I'd have any issues with the car afterwards (sorry Victor- you proved me wrong) 😂. I've been driving her for a week now and she's driving well (nothing fell off)😉. Nothing was Mickey Moused to get the job done either!

I've known Victor for many Years. I've been doing work with him for almost 5 yrs he's very professional, understanding and kind friend and Business Owner. He always helped us with claims, rentals, and the job is always top quality. Everytime we call he always answer if he can't answer right away he will get back to you as quick as possible that's for sure. If you need your car done this is the place to Go. This body shop has exceeded my expectations for ANY shop, period. I won’t be able to go anywhere else moving forward for body work stuff. Victor and his team are great. Months after fixing my trunk for a small accident, there was an issue and he attended to it right away and fixed the problem. They own their work and make sure you’re satisfied. He even helped me with some other minor issues with the car. Great person, great communication on the front desk side as well.

So appreciative for Victor and his team. I had heavy damage to the front of my car and the fix required internal and external work. By the time Victor was done with it, my car looked new again! As a bonus, his team even took the time to clean my car inside and out. Victor was also very knowledgeable on dealing with the insurance companies and made the entire process low stress.
