California Pizza Kitchen at Natick

This was our backup choice after Cheese cake factory. But luckily it turned out to be a better choice. There was no wait time to get seated.

Was initially skeptical about going here after seeing some reviews that mentioned the food was delivered late, no proper customer service etc. Actually none of these happened during our visit.

The restaurant was quiet and everyone was having a great time. The sofa style chairs were comfortable. The waiter came quickly, she took our orders accurately. She dropped the drinks first, then took our main order. The bread was warm as though it was taken right out of the oven.

The dishes were all at the correct temperature and taste. The waitress also checked on us frequently. It was my sons birthday so they came out with a special treat and wished him.

Would love coming here again.

My partner and I popped in on a Saturday for dinner and had a great experience. The host, Basil, was very friendly and got us seated quickly. I loved that we could see the pizza being made from where we were seated. The dining room is spacious and comfortable and wasn’t too loud at the time we were there (about 5:30pm). Our waitress, Isabella, was bubbly and polite and made sure all our needs were met. I ordered The Original BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad and was very pleased; the greens were crisp and fresh, and the chicken was very flavorful. I do feel as though it could have been dressed a bit more. My partner ordered the Wild Mushroom pizza on a cauliflower crust and was very impressed. There was a bit of a wait for our meals as the pizza station was a bit backed up (to be expected on a Saturday night), our waitress was apologetic and offered to bring out more bread to hold us over. Overall, we were very satisfied with our dining experience, and will come back if we find ourselves in the area again. Thank you!

This is our favorite place for GREAT food. We are a family that loves flavor rich food and this place is the only place we have tried on the East Coast that really delivers. The pizza is fantastic, the pastas are superb, and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps are to die for!! ,Really, everything on the menu is well worth the drive and the price. From someone who has a good sense of what food should taste like, I highly recommend California Pizza Kitchen.

Food was good. We tried spicy buffalo cauliflower, cheese pizza for kid and Chicken pizza.. All of them were good. Right level of spiciness to appetizer and pizza. Crust and edges of the pizza were soft and were not over done. Loved it.

I had the pleasure this past week I went to the Natick mall and was walking around and decided on my way out to pop in to see what this place was all about.
It wasn't really busy so I felt that that would be the perfect time to slip in and I went right to the bar and I met Gabe, who was very friendly, very energetic and exhibited that he loved his job and it showed, and I had a wonderful avocado appetizer. I think they were wraps that were unbelievable.
It was very clean and again he was very friendly enough so that I just went to the website and saw that they had a 3.7 star review and I was shocked. I have been in the restaurant industry for years and I can tell you I had exceptional service And I called because I could not remember Gabe's name and figured you know what I'm gonna give them five stars but I needed to remember what his name was .
A gentleman answered by the name of Braulio and I asked for the manager and he said I am part of the management. How may I help you and I just told him that he needed to know that in today's day it's hard to keep businesses alive and that I just wanted him to acknowledge that he had a wonderful employee and that I had a great experience. He was so kind to me , And listened so professional and most of all grateful that I would have taken the time out of my day to think of my experience this past week to want to write a review.
With that being said, I told him that I wanted to include him in the review and he was humble enough to say no that that wasn't necessary ( but I did anyway ) and then went on to say, but what I really wanna do is give you a gift card for going out of your way and he asked me for my mailing address.
When telling him he didn't have to do that he absolutely insisted so you see the world can be a kinder place. I was simply just calling to ask him for the bartenders name and in a world full of crazy times right now people deserve to be acknowledged and recognized.
So if you're looking for a great atmosphere and a good meal at a fair price definitely dine with these people... very attentive to customers.

I had Dakota Smashed Pea + Barley soup and spicy Chipotle chicken pizza tonight. They were very delicious. The staff are also very friendly.

I had a great time at California Kitchen – their Thin Crust Sicilian was absolutely delicious, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten, as well as the Wild Mushroom Regular Crust. The last one could be a little moister, and I didn’t taste black truffle at all; but nothing that ruined the overall flavor of the pizza.
Their Moscow Mule was really good, please order one whenever you go there.

The best part for me was the service. Our waiter was really fun and attentive, making us very comfortable; and he didn’t rushed us at all.

Great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to have lunch brunch after shopping in Natick Mall. Plenty of pizzas specially known for its taste. Great starters. Mouth watering desserts. Few choice of 🍸🍹 cocktails. Unfortunately they dint have Ultimate Bloody Mary cocktail. Service is good. Will have to wait for the tables. Efficient and friendly staff. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Social distancing maintained. Masks are compulsory. Sanitisers kept in handy. All staff wear masks. Coming in and out going customers are separated. Every table is sanitised after use by the customers. Very crowded. They have high chairs for kids and there's kids menu too. One can book in advance and pick up the order. Take aways are there. One can also sit infront of the bar. Small place and can accommodate around 50 customers at a time. Credit cards accepted and can be paid digitally too by scanning. Tips around 15%/20% would be reasonable. Customers can be seated while waiting for their tables. Kids are given drawing and colouring papers and crayons to keep them occupied. Many offers are given to customers with pizza at $8 if one orders 2 meals.

This was our Xmas shopping lunch break. Everything was pretty decent. It’s a nice change of pace form the typical menu. We all got the Lunch portion sizes since we were still shopping and didn’t want to be in a food coma trying to walk around the mall. They were very generous sizes considering. Over all everything was good.

Coming here regularly for over a year, the food has been great. But adding to the quality of food especially the west coast burger has been terrific but what makes the burger even better is the service from both Caeley and Kaylane !!! I hope management realizes how valueable such outstanding employees. Both get my order right every time , always polite,

The food is always delicious and very flexible to various dietary preferences. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The only tiny nitpick I would have is that the host seemed like she wasn't having the best night. Hope things have gotten better since.

Brought 2 family members who required special assistance and who had not been out in a few months and all of us had a great experience; they are long-term fans of CPK and were delighted to be back. The Chicken Caesar Salad, BBQ Chicken and Pineapple Pizza, California Veggie Pizza, and Butter Cake were all excellent; chicken was well cooked and tender. Unfortunately coffee was not available, but we found other beverages. More importantly, I want to thank our server Gabriel for not making us feel rushed, for being patient, and making our table feel cared for. Look forward to coming back soon.

Food was good. We started with a chicken dumpling appetizer. Picture is of my Spicy Honey Bee Pizza, it was delicious! Perfect blend of sweet and spicy. My son got a Hawaiian Pizza, it had big slices of pineapple on it and was also very good. Service was a bit slow for a mostly empty restaurant, but wasn’t terrible.

The food is good and I can’t get a chikenless Thai chicken pizza anywhere else. Service is a little slow, but attentive once they get to the table. The bread and oil starter was nice and warm.

A menu with a huge variety of wonderful foods that digest well, taste fresh, and are oh so scrumptious!

This CPK was great, ate here a few times during my visit to Natick. Today I had the Shanghai Power Bowl... delicious!! Also had the Avocado Egg Roll appetizer, very good!

The restaurant was very clean, implement the social distancing perfectly. The pizza was awesome and very tasty 😋

One of my favorite restaurants in Boston Massachusetts. The food is great and the hosts are polite. The only one that I don't like is dave, he freakes out if you mention costco and brings his golden retriever to eat. In fact I don't think he even works there or maybe he's a mentally challenged hire. All in all great place to eat, just don't go if dave is there

I love their bbq pizza and salad! One of our favorite restaurants to go to when at natick mall. And the babies love it here too!
