Thai Chili Basil Restaurant

Out of plenty of Thai restaurants I’ve tried this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had, always go back for more!!!

Delicious! The staples are great, noodles, sauces (I recommend the spicy basil dish Fancy Tofu), and there’s also a mix and match menu so you can create your own signature dish. It also nice that the location is so easy for pickup. Day is busier, but by dinner you can usually pull right up or park right across the street at the train station.

I love this place so much! I ordered my usual for lunch today (crispy pad thai, tom yum soup, and chicken satay) and it was just as excellent as it always is. I missed being able to eat here because my house is just outside their delivery radius now so I try to order and treat myself when I'm at work. There was a tiny miscommunication with the driver and delivery instructions today. It wasn't a big deal, but I communicated the issue via the grubhub text feedback. I think I was a little hard on them today - giving them 3 stars instead of 5 on grubhub.

But WOW. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. After I communicated the small issues via the grubhub automatic feedback questionnaire, I received the kindest phone call from the owner (or manager?) Jean. She first thanked me for ordering and apologized profusely for the miscommunication today. Considering it was a small inconvenience and I still happily enjoyed my delicious food, this level of customer service goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, grubhub does not allow you to edit or delete a review so I plan to order again next week just so I can leave a glowing review after this experience.

This is the kind of place with good food and even better people. It's clear that they take so much pride in what they do. You are really missing out if you haven't tried their food. It's my favorite Thai place around. I can't wait to order again!

I’ve had a lot of good experiences with Thai food around here, but this is definitely our favorite. We mix it up all the time, but their salads, pad thai, drunken noodle, and even classic Chinese food like General Tsaos are all excellent. Always have a pleasant experience when picking up from them. Be sure to take advantage of their discounts - we always end up getting something free thrown in.

Vaughn clearly doesn't know what he's talking about and should only be reviewing tailor shops. This is world class Thai cuisine. This place is delicious, with very friendly service and quick ordering. Not really a sit down place but fantastic take out or delivery. I suggest the pad Thai or dumplings!

Despite being the first review, this place has been open for years. It's absolutely fantastic and we have gone well over 50 times. My wife only orders the pad thai, I've gotten dozens of things and always loved them except for 1. Awesome soups, crab rangoons, tofu, curry, specialty dishes.

This is my go to place for thai food in boston. Amazing food and service. I love their thai fried rice dishes especially and their thai rolls are great. Friendly staff. I have been ordering from here multiple times a month since I found this place 6 months ago and will continue to do so. I recommend!

Just walked in for quick dinner take out and their food made my night. Staff was Friendly and food was ready in very short time. I will surely use them for delivery or quick take out. I definitely recommend this place to you and others. 5stars

Greatest Thai food in the area, favorites including Panang Duck and the Honey Wings. The quality of the food is matched by the kindness of the staff, truly one of our favorite spots.
