Professional service. Great breakfast. Easy access parking. Stay without incident. Breakfast options were awesome. Favorite part of our stay. Indoor pool to tired kids out after a long trip. Plenty of space in lobby if a teenager/adult wants to watch TV outside of the room.

Had a great experience with this hotel! The staff at the front desk were very nice and personable. Rooms were clean as well. I believe this was a great location. While it’s not surrounded with things to do, it is centrally located. Only a few minutes drive away from the commuter rails and major interstates, with some dining options close by. It took us less than 15 minutes to drive into Boston, and 25 minutes to the NH border. Check in and out were seamless. The doors are very loud so we were able to hear every door slamming in the hallway but I don’t feel this was a major issue.

The location of this hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Quincy Market in Boston and about 30 minutes from Salem. This is perfect for when I take the kids on vacation here. Being just outside both areas makes the hotel much more affordable and easy to get to both tourist areas. There’s nothing fancy about the rooms but they are clean and the service is good. What you see in the photos is what you get. Regular clean rooms in what seems to be a nice area of MA. It gives a safe feeling to those with kids. They serve hot breakfast free with your stay. There is also Sam Walker’s American Tavern which has amazing food. If you’re looking for a close restaurant, this one is walking distance. This is my go to hotel everytime I take my family on our road trip to Boston and Salem.

I am always hesitant when it comes to certain best westerns. It’s usually a hit or miss but this one was very nice! Lobby area was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that annoyed me was they charged a different card on file, had to wait a week to get the money back so that messed me up a little bit but other then that, everything was fine.

The room was very clean and front desk manager got me the things I requested so that was nice!

Location wise it wasn’t the best but the building and interior was not outdated at all. Rooms looked newly renovated. I would definitely recommend staying here…I will absolutely be back!!

For an inexpensive hotel, I'm glad we picked this one. It was comfortable clean and the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was decent. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful when we had a last minute issue finding somewhere to stay the night. Very thankful and looked like they had a decent breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is great they have an indoor swimming pool open year round I went swimming 8n the winter indoors. Yahoo tons of fun.

This place was beautiful, it was extremely cleanly, very comfy beds, great decor, nice restaurant next door, continental breakfast, pool, if I come back to this area I will be coming back to this location.

Had a great time here. Breakfast was good and offered as part of the package 7 days a week. Staff is friendly. Rooms were nice. Pool was clean. It's not a luxury 5 star hotel but if you need a few nights away from your every day life definitely book here and just get away for a bit.

This hotel has the best weekly card show in the USA every Sunday 830am to 1230 .. would recommend checking it out to any sports collector. 👍 oh ya and the rooms are nice also.

I wish I could leave 6 stars! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the grounds are well kept and everything is neat and orderly. Robert checked us in and out, he was incredibly welcoming and very helpful! We stayed 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Our trip was to visit salem and the surrounding area, its a short drive there. The breakfast was hot and plentiful! Depending on the day there was scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon,sausage,toast,bagels,English muffins,pastries, muffins,cereals,waffles,fresh fruit,and somuch more! The bed was a dream to sleep on,the linen was spotless and comfortable with 5 pillows on the bed! The towels were thick and so soft, and the shower had high pressure with fast hot water. The tv was a large flat screen. The room came with an iron,ironing board,hair dryer and fridge. Importantly, the pool was indeed heated and spacious! A nice touch was fresh clean towels hanging over the backs of the deck chairs! The lobby was huge with many sofa and chair groupings with lots of tables near the breakfast area.I thanked Robert for an outstanding stay and was able to also provide feedback to the manager who was very attentive to our comments. A truly top notch hotel with kind staff in a great location close to everything including a pool and kick *ss breakfast! What more could you ask for

We had a great stay. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around. Only downside was construction, which is not the hotel's fault. Rooms were clean, breakfast was plentiful, but most importantly the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We checked-in with Robert, he was professional, enthusiastic and very well mannered. While waiting to ask for shampoo later on, I witnessed a lady that had an issue with her reservation, but Robert was there to save her day and got her quickly checked-in. During check-out, I met Jayshree, and she was also very sweet and pleasant to speak with. Please make sure these two employees get recognized for their great service and exceptional attitude towards guests. Thank you again and we hope to see you soon.

Good customer service, clean and breakfast is really good compared to other hotel that I been lately

Location is no more than 20 minutes from downtown Boston. There's a tavern located right next to it so easy access to food. Make sure you get food because there's only mcdonalds or Wendy's nearby that are opened with long lines. Complimentary breakfast was great

Great location between Boston and Salem. Beds were very comfortable and front desk was great.

The pool is really warm! Hot cocoa at breakfast is a nice treat. Rooms are clean and spacious.

I had been at Red roof inn saugus and it was awful. My family was between homes and had to stay at hotel for 2+ weeks. We could not stay at Redroof because it was gross. We got yo best western in woburn and just walking into the impeccably clean a d guest friendly lobby we knew we made the right choio..Tonya the general manager was warm and friendly she was always available if needed and always helpful. Shannon was amazing as well, always a smile and kind greeting. If I hot bored in my room I would go sit in the cozy lobby and chat with her when she was nit busy. She was an a solute delight.Robert who also worked the desk was welcoming and friendly. He could make you laugh. Breakfast was always delicious the breakfast area always neat a d clean. I would recommend to a tnyonene. Tonya a d het team are 5 stars in guest service/hospitalityce. The facility is kept so clean, inside and out. When I told them we finally got into our new home they were GENUINELY happy for us. Thank you Tonya, Shannon,Robert,Keith a d Alex

The location was right off the expressway with was perfect, since I was traveling to New Hampshire. The rooms were clean, pool area was clean. Breakfast was served daily and they lady broke everything down and cleaned perfectly. The staff was nice. Wendy's, McDonald's, Bar/Tavern right in walking distance.
