I’ve been seeing doctor thalanki for almost 10 years now. She’s very helpful, dedicated, treats patient with care and respect. The staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Appointments are managed well, the place is well kept. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend the Orthodontist Dr. Lakshmi P Thalanki. I had my braces there and since my first visit I received the best treatment. They offered an excellent service, reasonable price, I was offered a reasonable monthly plan payment. Her staff and specially Daniela are well trained, super professional and kind.
I love my teeth, my smile now, and I can't thank Dr Lakshmi enough.

They’ve become our family orthodontist (hence the name), the office manager Danielle, who I’ve grown to trust very well, has always been and continues to provide great customer service! Thank you!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thalanki and her team for the better part of 4 years. They helped me with financing and getting my bite straightened out.

Her hygienists have been knowledgeable and friendly (shout out to Mike). They were also responsive to a few emergency appointments along the way.

It was a long journey but they mad it an easy one. They were especially great with negotiating the pandemic.

She is highly dedicated to and passionate about her profession and it absolutely shows in her work - She and her staff always do a thorough job each visit and I have noticed marked improvements in alignment after every single appointment. She also has a very warm, compassionate disposition and is very personable. She makes you feel at ease and we've built our relationship to the point where a lot of our time at the office is spent discussing personal stories (on top of dental work of course :) )!

She and her staff are also super customer-friendly. They were willing to work with me on a flexible payment plan and helped me get my full HSA benefits

They are quite high-tech in their approach and have all the modern equipments needed for quality dental work in-house. I should also give them huge props for the way they have handled COVID. They followed all the precautionary measures religiously (temperature and oxygen-level checks, use of disinfectant and protective equipment), clearly showing that they take patient and employee safety very seriously.

Overall, it's mighty clear why Dr. Lakshmi is consistently rated one of the top dentists in the area. You are certainly in for a very pleasant and fruitful experience at Family Orthodontics of Cambridge!

The dentists are friendly and always made me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly and helpful. They did absolutely amazing! They’re fantastic. The best part is that I never had to wait past my appointment time. This makes me easy to scheduling my time.

I’m writing this review because I wanted to let everyone know how impressed I was with the new procedures at Dr. Thalanki’s office. I was nervous sending my children out for the first time since this pandemic started but the office explained the procedure and all instructions for us were very clear. They were very thorough at making sure it was a safe environment for all. I cannot express how highly I recommend Dr. Thalanki and all her staff.

Both my kids were treated by Dr. Thalanki. We had a great experience and my kids are very happy with their smiles. So I decided to get my teeth aligned too. I am over 50 and I love this place. Doctor and Staff are very caring and I cannot wait to have a great smile.

I am so happy and appreciative of this amazing orthodontist, everyone in here are so nice and treat you with so much respect. I get so nervous when I get anything done with my teeth, but my braces experience has been amazing. I want to thank all the staff, that has made my journey so amazing. Both me and my daughter go to Family Orthodontics of Cambridge and we love everything about this place, Dr. Thalanki and her staff are unbelievable they are always helping and making sure her patients are satisfied with everything.

I took my daughter Zaria to Family Orthodontist of Cambridge and she had a great experience. This was the first time she was seeing an Orthodontist so she was a bit nervous. They really did a great job explaining the entire procedure to her and this help to put her at ease. I love this office and my kids enjoy coming to their appointments. Both Doctor and Staff are so awesome and helpful. Doctor Thalanki is the best doctor ever. Everyone is always smiling and happy, they are very accomodating with my schedule to get appointments. We can even contact the Doctor's cell phone anytime for emergency as it is available on their voice message, in fact when I had called her very late night she was so kind enough to answer us regarding my son's problem, I am so grateful to her for that. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing team at this office. From the front desk to Dr. Thalanki's patient chair. I couldn't be happier with the treatment both from a patients view and a personal standpoint. They are very polite, understanding, and most of all gentle and caring to the needs of all their patients. They take pride in their job whatever the situation may be. As a mother taking my child to this facility has been a joy and my child never expressed anything but great vibes and how happy she was to be treated by this team. Great orthodontics good dental experience highly recommend

Dr. Thalanki at Family Orthodontics of Hudson (there are 2 locations) was absolutely amazing! I was there for so long (2 sets of braces and retainers, amounting to about 5 years of treatment) and everyone was always so kind. I have an amazing smile and am so grateful. 😁 I would highly recommend coming here!
