Starbucks

This is the Starbucks inside the Macy's store near the women's perfume department. Perfect spot to enjoy a good cup of joe while the rest of your party enjoys shopping. They also accept MACY's store credit card.

I’m not sure why this place has 3 stars but they deserve 5! The manager and barista are so down to earth, sweet & make really great drinks. I felt great ordering from here.

I believe they do what they can. Lately, with the economy, businesses are a bit more challenging now even with maintaining employees. Keep up the good work!

Couldn't find Starbucks in the Burlington Mall until I just happened to go in Macy's...after I got a coffee at Dnkn!

It was 6:50pm and they close at 8pm based on what there posted hours are. There were two baristas working behind the bar and said they had no drip coffee available. Offered us an Americano and it was weak… how does Starbucks not serve its signature coffee?

literally i was ordering and this asian girl said “anything else” in a rude way like we told u and you didn’t hear us 💀🤣😭

I ordered my iced coffee around 12:30, with only one person in line in front of me. It took 10 minutes for that person to get their drink, then they move on to making the drinks of the customers that came after me. After waiting 15 minutes I left without a coffee and my money went to waste. Maybe hire more competent workers, or have a larger staff on.

Older gentleman working the closing shift last evening had a very poor attitude and visibly frustrated making the environment completely unprofessional. I understand it is difficult working in the service industry, but no need to take it out on a customer. Will not be returning.
