Wayne's Drains Inc

I have a two family house in Malden and my tenants had a terrible clog in their bathroom drain. Home remedies didn't work, and my plumber who is quite competent, was also unable to clear the clog but he recommended Wayne's Drains. They came fast and cleared the clog for a very reasonable price and my tenant was thrilled. Me too!

I had water coming up into my basement. Called Wayne's drain in Wilmington. It was a Saturday night . Line was clogged. Nelson and Hank came when they said they would. Took care of the problem and we're very friendly. It also cost less then the estimate. Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Plugged sewage drain: called Wayne and he was here within an hour and fixed it fast at a great price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Had an emergency on a sunday with backup of septic into basement. While they did come out and we were aware of the high cost, we were told the tank needed to be pumped but they would not do it on a weekend. How is this good service? We had our tank pumped by this company in November 2020 with only 2 people living in the house. I think not being able to use bathroom and back up into basement would be an emergency and pumping should be done. HOW CAN YOU SAY 24 HOUR SERVICE IF YOU WONT PUMP ON A WEEKEND EVEN FOR AN EMERGENCY?

I called yesterday and scheduled a plumber for today between 9-10am. The original plumber did not show. Called the business and told me someone would be here within the hour. 2 hours later, someone finally showed up with a huge attitude. Complete grouch who didn’t even apologize or say a word!! Left a big mess in the tub for me to clean. Never using Wayne’s Drains again.

I hated the service and the people were terrible and they just made the problem worse and made me pay extra
