This is an excellent Service garage very clean very high-tech equipment for the mechanics. You can tell this is a professional auto repair center. I had my vehicle worked on and I waited in the very nice waiting room. They were fast professional and accommodating, with top quality expert work.

Have now had 2 vehicles sent here. 1 job was extensive and more expensive work which they met and extended my expectations. The second vehicle was a cheaper quick fix that they handle quickly and professionally. There service team from the desk to the shop is top notch would recommend to anyone.

Oxford did an amazing job! I came in with a faulty crankshaft sensor and the shop was able to have it fixed with 24 hours! They were kind and transparent about the costs and what they recommended to be fixed as well! I plan of on using them again!

Oxford’s quality of service and work was excellent. My Jeep was in and out in one day, much faster than I anticipated. During that time, I was notified of updates regularly. Sandra and Abby were both very kind and easy to communicate with. My Jeep is working great and I will certainly return to Oxford for future car needs.

Love how they communicated every step of the process. Gave suggestions but never pressure. Even had a car for me to use while they worked on it overnight. Then checked in to make sure all was working well after the repair. Very friendly! I’ll be taking my car there again!

Exceptional service. Their guest waiting area was packed with water bottles and snacks. I totally liked their oil change and tire rotation service. Unlike other companies that try to see unnecessary services, Oxford Automotive was truly professional and did not upsell their products

First time I was here and it will not be the last. My AC had gone out and I expected to be there all day. I had made an appointment. There was a really nice, comfortable place to wait. They had Wi-Fi available. They tested it and it wasn't as bad as I thought. It only had to be recharged. I had them also do my oil change. I was there about two hours. Everyone was helpful and explained it all to me.

One of the few times a place deserves 6 stars. I am very picky, and had a road vibration issue that was bothering me. I had been to multiple different shops to try to get it resolved. Ben took a ton of time to listen, then drove the car to confirm what I was experiencing. Even though it was a minor issue, he treated it like it was major. The best part - it's completely resolved. The car drives better than new. I couldn't be happier.

Oxford should be anyone's first and last stop for automotive work.

Lived in the area for less than 2 years. This is the second time that I have had work done on my car at Oxford. Got appointment in timely manner. People I have spoken to have been friendly and professional. Detailed documentation of work done and charges. Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle to have the air conditioning looked at which was not working. I was told that the high side service port was leaking and the check valve needed to be replaced, and I paid for the recommended repair. One week later I had no AC again. As it turned out, the condenser was leaking at a small damaged section of cooling fin. In working with the manager, Ben, my issues were completely resolved and taken care of. I have confidence in returning to a business that does right by its clients when things don't go according to plan.

I really liked this shop! They were genuine towards me, and they were honest about what could wait and what needed done now! Prices were extremely competitive and they had me in and out very quick! Would recommend!

We regularly use Oxford for maintenance on our Subaru and Honda and have for several years. Their prices for oil changes+tire rotation is very reasonable, as are their repair costs. The waiting area is great if you need to wait there as well.

Everyone at Oxford Automotive was wonderful! John Creno the mechanic that worked on my car was friendly and professional, he explained everything in terms I could understand. Abby at the front office was very nice and kept me informed of the progress. My wait time was minimal, and the waiting room was very comfortable. I will definitely be back and tell others what a trust worthy and great place Oxford automotive is.

Staff at Oxford are friendly, professional, and technically sound. They go out of their way to explain what is going on with your car and what the options are to repair it! The technicians are good at what they do, and I feel very comfortable leaving my car in their hands.
They also offer a shuttle or rental service if you don’t want to wait for your vehicle.

I went to Oxford automotive Powell for the first time for my Mercedes Benz service. I was big hesitant initially as I always went to the showroom for service. But Oxford automotive has an excellent team of people that are really good at what they do. I got a pick up and drop
Off , got my car serviced really well, got a digital inspection summary which I never got from authorized service even yet for the last 3 years!!!. The staffs were very personable and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. My car is Hapoy and I am happy 😊. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I have had Oxford Automotive service my car. They are THE most professional service department I have encountered and I am older. So I have a lot of experience with auto service centers. The shop is spotless and are very quick getting your car in and out. I live close but in inclement weather they will transport you to and from. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to Powell and am thrilled to have Oxford as my automotive service provider. I was in and out quicker than expectedead. I enjoyed the waiting room since I was able to get a little work done with a complimentary coffee!
