Their customer service is the best, Jennifer is the best. I have a fleet vehicle and was getting the runaround at another Goodyear store that is close by. Jennifer helped me immediately with my blown out tire, ordered the replacement tire and promised to have it done by the next day, and it was going to be days at the other place.

Great service. Long-term experienced staff, and management that treats customers with honesty a d fairness. Tell all your friends!!!

I talked to Jordan (owner/head mechanic, I think?) and Jennifer (store manager) on Tuesday for my '14.5 Camry, to see if it needed maintenance items such as spark plugs, brakes, etc. Car is fine otherwise but needed a tire pressure sensor light replaced. I wanted to get ahead of the curve on it.

They were helpful and I was able to bring it in Saturday (today) for a diagnostic at 11 am. They had it done within a few hours and replaced the sensor, giving me honest updates about how my tires and brakes still had tread left and my spark plugs were great as of now. I didn't get up-charged for a service I didn't need and I got the car back by 330 pm in time for church. For a peace-of-mind check and getting that light turned off and sensor fixed, it was well worth the hours! I live nearby so I am lucky to walk to the store and back, saving an Uber, plus I'm grateful they are open on Saturday. Steve at the front desk was also very helpful and answered my questions about the coupons and other protocol so I know how to get the car serviced next time! I'll definitely bring it back!

The ONLY SHOP IVE EVER USED…. I worked here, I know the people who Own and Work there. I’ve let them put engines in and transmission and both cars ran better after that and I’m still driving the car we put the transmission in and 175,000miles later and it’s running better than ever? There is nothing better than taking your car home after getting it fixed and YOU NEVER HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! You have Jenn Jordan and Jeff and a good crew of mechanics on deck. Those 3 have dedicated themselves to give the BEST CAR SERVICE you can receive up or down Sawmilll Rd there is another Goodyear Store at Powell Rd and Sawmilll Rd 🛑DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION🛑 thats like a Co. Store? At Boy-Rad it’s a Family owned and there is a TON OF DIFFERENCE. They carry many brands of tires and they can fix about anything, IVE WITNESSED so stop by for just an oil change they would be happy to service your car🙏🏼

I just purchased 2 new front tires for my CRV and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Stephen was knowledgeable about the product and patient with me while I was deciding which ones to get. They were really busy, but I don't feel that my wait time was unreasonable. In my opinion, a busy shop means quality work. I will definitely be back to get 2 new rear tires soon.

Boy Rad, has helped me twice now with vehicle emergencies, were I needed to travel back to another state and it being the day before a holiday, and then getting my vehicle fixed before they close for the day. Prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job of repairing and getting you back on the road asap.

Had a small tire on my zero turn mower that jumped the rim. Struggled with it for 20 mins before taking it to Boy Rad. Their tech had it back on the rim and aired up in less than 5 mins. Thank you for such fast and excellent service, not to mention NO charge! That’s 5 star customer service!

Love Love Love this shop. Very reasonable on prices and honest thus far. We bought wheel bearings because we thought the noise we heard was a result of needing replaced. They told us no need. Was told breaks were not an emergency but by summer, and the timing couldn't be better. They ran a diagnostic and 30+ codes popped up. Instead of charging us to replace all sensors they found the root problem. 1000s of dollars became 375$ because of their expertise, knowledge, and honesty We have been going here for the last year and haven't had any regrets thus far. In a world where people don't trust each other like these days, the business here gave me faith today. I thought there was a pinhole because the tire had no air, but they checked it for 30 minutes and said it was normal and did not charge. Money wasn't the issue, they showed their faith.

The service is phenomenal. They are very personable, and will show you exactly what is going on with your vehicle, both the good and the bad. They care about the quality of the product that they are putting in your vehicle, not just the cheapest thing to increase their bottom line (like many dealerships are more inclined to do). My girlfriend's family knew them, so I came here on their recommendation, and now I would like to pass mine on to you. We've been bringing in trucks for used car inspections before purchasing them, and they've saved us twice already from making the wrong decision, showing us the deal-breaking issues each time. We're still searching, and will be bringing every car we're interested in here before buying them, no exceptions. Once I do decide on a vehicle, I will be bringing it here for any maintenance it may need for as long as I am in Ohio, and possibly even neighboring states. They are that good, and honestly, I would probably be giving them more stars if I could, because they deserve a better rating than they currently have. They are simply fantastic!

The family here has been taking care of me and my sisters cars since we were in high school and they always make sure our cars are running as they should. When we bring it in with a problem or concern they work their hardest to fix the issue properly all while keeping you posted on anything else they find and a timeline of when things need to be fixed. They are always helpful and kind. Thank you for always helping us with our cars and helping us keep up with the maintenance!

I needed a tire/leaking fixed. The did it immediately - while everywhere else told me to leave it and come back tomorrow .
I bought front tires from them for my F150. Fast service, great prices. NO complaints, only kudos. Great business

I found a nail in my tire! I work in CBUS and live in WV so had no idea where to go. They worked me in 45 minutes before closing! Thankfully, the nail had only crossed the tread and not intruded into the tire itself. No charge! So thankful!!

Amazed at how awesome they are here. They do the best work at the most affordable prices! One time I came in willing to pay for a completely new tire. They charged me only $12 and said all it needed was a patch and that most of the damage on it was just cosmetic. Most places would have taken my money and ran but they never do.
Also the oil changes are less than half the price of Valvoline.

Seriously the best people you could ever work with. The entire staff is friendly communicators; they really look out for and care about their customers. They will never ask you to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed, even if you really thought there was something wrong. I have been coming here for years for oil changes and maintenance and I cannot recommend them enough.

We moved to Ohio in 2013 and Boy-Rad has been our go to place for tires, tire rotations, brakes, and oil changes. The staff has always been polite and friendly. We prefer to drop off the night before so that our vehicle is first in line for morning service. We see them every 5 thousand miles.

We were traveling from out of town and ended up with a flat tire. They were able to fit us in and get us new tires in only a couple of hours. They were friendly and got us in and out quickly.

Extremely honest place. Years ago my car wouldn't start, had it towed there, and they determined it was a glitch in the security system. Got it started, told me about the glitch, and didn't charge me a thing. Just recently they warned me about spending so much on repairing my car, wondered if it was worth it. I appreciated that they cared more about my finances than their own. I will always get my car repaired there.
