AT&T Store

I went to ATT on sawmill road and received assistance from Ricky and Carl. They were both incredible. I had no idea what phone I wanted but gave them an idea of what I was looking for. Both employees did a phenomenal job assisting and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you both so much!

My daughter and I were take. Care of by Parker Grosshartat at the Sawmill AT&T - he was the only employee there and was so patient and welcoming to all the customers . He was absolutely the best helping me get a new phone - my daughter even said that it was the quickest and most productive experience at AT&T. Please let him know and acknowledge his good work.

Needed to covert my elderly mother’s landline to a mobile. Received excellent advice and the process was super smooth. The assistant manager (Melissa?) was great to work with.

Madison was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and got me a very affordable solution. I will only be coming to this store from now on!

My son Matthew surprised me on Mother’s Day going to the Sawmill AT&T store in Dublin, Ohio with a new pro14 apple phone. Your store representative Jacob was so pleasant and professional and helped me choose the right phone and size. I had an Apple 10 and wanted to keep the same size in a newer version. I love the new and clearer pictures that it has and the faster charging process. Jacob was so wonderful and patient while I tried to make the right decision and wanted to make sure I would be happy with my new phone. I have the most generous and loving son and he too like Jacob made my Mother’s Day so special and memorable. I love my new pro14 IPhone. Sincerely, Sharon Powell

The store manager and district manager went above and beyond multiple days to get everything set up, working and billed correctly. The store manager even helped me out with a fuse in my car so my charger would work!!! So very grateful for their amazing service!!

This is the store I frequently use when coming to town. I am able to get quick reliable service for cell service.

Went in today to upgrade my phone, could not have had a better experience. Jacob was incredibly helpful/knowledgeable, and made it quick and easy. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location!

Darius gave me the BEST experience while upgrading 3 phones to the iPhone 14 pro. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location. Happy 😃 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Dreaded my trip into the store just because it's usually a 2+ hour endeavor. I was greeted within 10 seconds by Gayland and his manager Charles. Kayla was helping someone else but once she was finished all 3 made that experience painless and quick! The teamwork in that store makes that my go to location.

Charles and Ricky were excellent with customer service and they both deserve a raise! They made adding a phone to my account very easy and got a work discount added as well! And they were both very helpful with picking out accessories.

My family wanted to move 6 lines to ATT & we made the right choice coming here.
We worked with Alphonso and I absolutely love him. He was super nice, chatted with us throughout the entire process and answered our endless questions. He explained our bill, charges, etc with a lot of attention to details.
We were there about 45 minutes past closing and the other 2 associates in the store stepped in to help so Alphonso wasn’t stuck with everything. I loved the teamwork mentality!!
I will send friends and family here over and over.

I waited a few months to write this review. I wanted to ensure that the billing prices given to me were accurate—spoiler alert: they were! No hidden fees on my unlimited plan. As for the customer service; it was great! That normal anxiety of, “what are they going to try and sell me?” Was replaced with calmness. Who knew walking into an Att store could feel like a day wt the spa? Excellent job management, you have given your employees room and trust to be successful!

Monte was very patient and walked us through all our options. Even saved us money after reviewing our account. Bought two new phones and now I’m considering AT&T TV and am a proud customer. Thanks for a great experience!!

I came in tonight to fix a problem with my phone and ended up having nothing short of a fantastic experience! While working to sort out my issue, Kayla and Carrie also noticed they could save I and my family up to $50 on our bill while offering us unlimited data (compared to our shared 30 GB plan), 30 GB of hotspot data per line, and free HBO Max for the family. Their service was warm, welcoming, and, to top it all off, extremely quick. I couldn't have been happier with my service tonight and more thrilled about all the savings and benefits they offered us. If you're an AT&T customer or looking to switch, come check this place out. They are pretty amazing!

This is a great AT&T store. Bo helped my daughter and I with exactly what we wanted. He was helpful when it came to product knowledge, and patience in answering questions. He was also very friendly and didn’t rush our decisions. I would recommend this store to anyone.
