I received a used PlayStation VR2 when I ordered from the website. The package was damaged, and it literally had the prior person's earwax in the earbuds.
Jayde was immediately understanding, and helped me process the refund. I was anticipating difficulties due to the absolute mess that the phone support was, but I left the store relieved thanks to Jayde.

Today, Jade sold me a brand new PS5 bundled with Spiderman-2. Despite her being the only employee in the store, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive all while taking care of multiple customers at once. She remained courteous and kind throughout my experience with her, even with me having to return twice to the store after purchasing my Playstation due to having forgot to purchase more than one item. Because of Jades incredible customer service, despite there being multiple locations closer to me- this Gamestop will now my home store for any and all future gaming needs! I’ll be back soon!

I recently came across a refurbished Wii game console and decided to stop into the Game Stop on Sawmill Rd where I met Jade. She was phenomenal. In this day and age of younger people not giving a damn about a job let alone customer service, she was a breath of fresh air. Very engaging, willing to help, willing to go out of her way to find Game Stop locations that have Wii items she was out of. I commend her and hope you share this with her and give her the recognition she deserves. She’s definitely an asset to your company and the reason I’ll be back!!

When we got to the store, we were greeted by Jayde even though she was also in the store phone. She simultaneously helping someone on the phone, while also helping a customer in the store. Once off the phone, she helped us find the product we needed, and worked though a computer issue while redeeming our Pro points. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. If this GameStop was closer to our home, we would shop here exclusively for all of our gaming needs. Thank you Jayde!

The past few times I've gone in it's been a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff, a good selection of games in the store, easy to load up on games with the pro membership. Highly recommended.

If you need to go to Gamestop, this is the best one because of Devon, he is AMAZING!!! I took my son in on his birthday and the way he treated both of us, but especially my son was awesome! One of the most kind hearted, genuinely nice people I've had the good fortune to meet! My son couldn't stop talking about him and how great he was! . If he's working, you won't regret it!

Ian, our associate, was one of the most level-headed and professional people I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure why Ian was the only one closing the store on Cyber Monday, but for the last hour there was a large group of customers that needed help and there was no one else available to help. This needs to change. It isn't safe for only one person to close up the store at that hour. Regardless, there was a console trade in, an in-store pickup order, people requesting games, and myself and my partner having Ian putting in an order shipping to my house and he handled everything with a smile, a wonderful and contageous attitude, and worked very efficiently. Ian is a master at crowd control. Please please please recognize this person for their efforts. Reach out to them and give them praise, and a monetary bonus. I am ready to come back in soon. Thanks Ian!

Hannah was super helpful and informative with my Switch purchase. She was familiar with the games, offered pre-owned options, knew the right protection and accessories needed for the system. She was super patient with me getting to learn the system. She even put on the screen protectors and case for me. Stellar employee and experience!

Hannah made my shopping experience absolutely incredible. She made me have one hundred percent certainty that I was buying the right system as I did not know much about what exactly I needed. As so much technology has changed since the last time I've used a gaming system!!. She gave me guidance and ideas to consider when I was considering what to purchase and I walked away a very happy Customer!!! This isn't the first time I've had a wonderful experience shopping at this location and I'm certain it won't be my last!

Great deals and they have pokemon cards!? Unreal. We bought a few packs and ended up with a rare mew vmax. I'd say its worth it, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great parking, easily visible and the service is always great. I can expect to get smiles and good conversation every time I come. They're always helpful when I'm looking for something specific and generally know what's up in regards to upcoming games. I easily recommend this location over others I've been to.

Stopped in today Monday may 9th and had the best experience I’ve had at any GameStop ever. Forgot to get the associates names but both of the employees were super nice and very helpful.

The manager at this store is very friendly and is quite knowledgeable about a wide variety of games and will chat with you as you shop, making it a very nice experience. The store is also always well kept and organized, making it easy to find whatever you may be looking for.

If one needs to nerd-out about the latest Pokemon release or other errata, this is a good place to go (aka knowledgeable staff). And they sell games new/used.. pretty good used selection most the time.

They had exactly what I wanted and the gentleman whom assisted me was kind enough to suggest a couple extra things I didn't realize I needed.

Nice, small location filled with the essentials and set out of the way so it's not usually crowded. Employees are pretty friendly and tend to be pretty fun to hang out with while waiting at midnight releases.

I bought a Fortnite disc here and it worked very well. They also have 19$ Fortnite cards
