The service here is always top notch. The quality of the establishment is certainly one of the best. I have been to this store a handful of times and they always make the process so quick and easy. If you ever need to ship anything, you can trust this store to get your package there on time and in one piece.

Had to send our granddaughter a birthday card quickly, and Al helped me. I was impressed of his customer service. He answered all my questions, & made me feel at ease knowing my granddaughter will get her card by her birthday! Thank you!

Mac, the owner, and his staff are first class. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Had an issue today with an overnight delivery that had a problem at the receiver. When I called the store to inquire on the issue, Mac had already been aware of the issue and had called the local delivery location and solved the problem. I will continue to drive past other locations to use this store.

I came here to get a document notarized and the staff was very nice and professional. They helped me with a few other things and my experience was great. That's why even though this UPS location is not the closest to where we live we always go there.

I came here to get a document notarized and the gentleman was very nice and professional. Since I got there as soon as the store opened, it took me around 15 minutes to get everything done. All the staff members are fast and great at what they do. Totally recommend!

Best customer service of any UPS Store I have ever been to. Employee (who I believe was the manager or assistant manager) opened the door for me on my way in and out, even offering to carry my package for me. This will definitely be my “go to” location in the future!

I had an exceptional experience at UPS store #0661, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by MAK, the owner. While waiting to get my documents notarized, he went above and beyond by offering blueberry muffins to all three of my kids, which was a delightful surprise. What’s even more impressive is that I found out MAK worked for Colgate Palmolive years ago, and I recently got hired there. I've come to this UPS store several times for printing, scanning, and notary services. (and shipping obviously) Very fast, efficient, and cheerfully kind service! Would recommend many times over!

Shout out to Alan! I made an appointment online because I needed someone filling out my I9 form as an authorized representative. Alan called me first thing in the morning to let me know their notary doesn’t handle I9 and point me to the right person. Not only he saved me a trip to the UPS, he also connected me with the best notary in town!
