This was my first visit to Creative Nails, after recently moving to the area. The salon is pretty and clean, and pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Dee was meticulous with nail prep, color application and foot exfoliation. She’s obviously experienced. I made a future appointment with her

Linda was amazing !!! So talented and so kind, drew out the design i wanted on paper so we were on the same page, and her timing was perfect:))) Highly recommend her!

I truly loved this place! Everyone was kind and was willing to go out of their way to make it a good experience. I also appreciated them calling me to ask if I could come 15 minutes later because they were running behind. At other places I have waited 30 or more minutes for my nail appointment. I will recommend Creative Nails to my friends.

I was a walk-in customer. They did not have time for me, but I was quickly given a time later in the day. I was greeted immediately, and I was taken care of.
I asked for advice for a new set of nails. Sandy helped me make a choice. I loved my experience, and I will go back again.

Friendly staff, they fit me in last minute and fixed a natural nail that cracked low. Very satisfied!

Creative Nails & Spa is just wonderful, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been going there for years, my whole family goes there including my 13 year old granddaughter who got her first manicure there at 4 years old and continues going there once a month for a manicure and pedicure. I go to Tanya there and just love her but I have gone to others there and have never been disappointed by any of them, they are the BEST. The shop is so clean and the whole staff working there is there to make the customer's have a wonderful relaxing experience in a beautiful salon. In the past, I have been to many nail spa's but Creative Nails&Spa is the best.

I was just in the shop a few days ago, Tanya is wonderful as always, everything was sparklingly clean, I wouldn't go anywhere else. If Tanya was not available, I would trust everyone there would do a wonderful job.

Our family stopped in for a girls outing, including a three year old (first of many pedicures). Everyone was so nice and talented and the manager, Ms. Chau, was so patient And fun playing 100 questions with the 3yo. The pedicures were relaxing and e polish looks great! Not to mention, it was so clean!

I would highly recommended to anyone in the Columbus and Powell area!

Fantastic place. Always so kind and professional. My daughter and I have been going here for the last 2.5 years and they are great with her little fingers (she is 8). They take great pride in their work. We have visited other salons but always go back to Creative Nails per my daughters request.

Based on a recommendation, I came for my first pedicure and it definitely won't be my last.

Service, quality and overall experience was extraordinary. Very hard to describe without stating it is strong enough to convince friends and family to travel from Cleveland.

And we will be back.

Dee is amazing!! I love the detox pedicure and she really massages my legs and feet. When she is done my feet and legs look and feel great. I find it so relaxing!

Everyone is welcoming at Creative Nails. My technician Dee takes her time and really pays attention to detail. She is always on time and helps me to have relaxing appointments every time I go.

This place is amazing! I took my 10 year old daughter with me and she had a blast. They were so kind and sweet to her. It put a smile on both our faces. I will definitely be going back!
