Zettler Hardware & Garden

Chris helped my wife and I with a paint dilemma. He was very patient and kind and really cared enough to help us. He solved everything for us and we were very happy when we left! Hard to find that type of customer service anywhere, we will be back!

I've been to Zettlers Hardware 4 times in the last month and everyone has been very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Good selection of tools and hardware. I’d say a bit larger than an Ace. There were a lot of employees if you need them (I didn’t need them because I knew exactly what I needed and the general area of where they were located.)

What impressed me was the cashier who looked to be in high school or around that age working a summer job. I had some half inch screws and he knew how to ring them up right away. Sometimes these types of things can screw up a cashier, especially an inexperienced one. I like this place but you’re going to pay hardware store prices.

They are always the best place of you need a special screw or part, but they also have an amazing amount of “everything” you could need for your home or yard! The staff is amazing as well, helpful and available without having to “press a button” like the big box stores!

I can't count the number of times this store has saved me time and travel. Their shelves are well stocked with an amazing variety of items for a store that size; always clean and well attended. Although the big home improvement stores may have a better selection, the Powell Road Zettler is a welcome alternative when you want to get in, done and out quickly. Nice folks, nice store.

Fantastic. People are super nice and know what they are talking about. They are so great to the community also. Been cutting my son's Pinewood Derby car all his years in scouts. My go to place to get personal service that can't be found in the big mega stores.

We have always gone to Home Depot. But ever since we moved to Powell and discovered Zettler Hardware, it was a game changer! We cannot believe the level of customer service that is practiced here! Everyone is so helpful. We were replacing a garbage disposal for the first time (in our lives) and was so frustrated. A young man working at Zettler was trying to help us and finally asked a colleague of his to assist. Amado was AMAZING! He took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even cut the tubings for us and assembled all the pipes onsite for us as well. We were so impressed. Do not underestimate the size of this store, they have everything besides lumbar and large appliances. Highly recommended if you want the type of care and customer service that is only offered at Zettler's.

I do most of my hardware store shopping at home depot and lowes but Zettlers is a great store with a great selection of just about everything. Prices are just a bit higher but well worth it when you need something in a hurry or are close by. Great store would recommend it to anyone

Great selection of out of the ordinary hardware products like Boraxo hand soap and canning supplies, all the way down to pressure cooker gaskets and even bronze wool. They also have a broad selection of adhesives you won't find at a big box store. The same can be said for the specialty hardware ranging from large Graded bolts down to two types of stainless T-nuts, and even the tiniest gun screws. It's good to visit this store with a purpose, because you can get in and out in no time. But to appreciate this type of store, you really just have to go in and browse every aisle.

Other than bulk lumber Zettlers rivals the big stores for all of our needs. The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. We shop there constantly.

Settler is our go to hardware store. They have knowledgeable staff and a complete inventory. They are helpful and they have great paint.

Great customer service and all the products you need. The staff is very knowledgeable. It's like how old hardware stores use to be before the big box super stores.

Long story short: a piece of plastic broke off the door latch of my microwave, resulting in it not working. Employees at Zettler helped me piece together a MacGyver style fix. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile to help!

Great hardware store. Service is always great and employees are very helpful. If you need help deciding what is needed for a project, this is the place to be. They care about their customers.

They have some really unique stuff along with what you'd expect from a bigger box store. The location is fantastic and the staff is knowledgeable.

This Zettler is a good place to go. People are there that a know what you need and the isle. They also help determine which product is the better choice. Most of the time it's not the most expensive. This is my experience with Zettler
