Smart Penny Moving

We hired Smart Penny to move an iron outdoor table and chair set and about 20 fairly large potted plants and shrubs off a 4th floor roof deck across Boston to our home.

Everything about the move went smoothly.

They showed up at the front part of the arrival window and called to give us a heads up of when they would arrive.

They miraculously kept all the plants alive and undamaged across the loading, drive, and unloading.

The actual price for the work was only $20 above the estimated range, which was fine for us because we were moving nonstandard and delicate items with all the plants.

Our movers were excellent! They showed up a little early. They were very efficient with moving everything both in and out. They were quick to arrive at our house. Everything was handled with care. They were also very friendly! Great price, the company is very professional! Online system to figure out pricing was excellent! Would highly recommend.

Jose and Samuel were the best movers I have ever had. They were so nice, quick and helpful. They helped me move everything so efficiently and quickly, I could not have asked for a better mover team. The next time I am moving, I’ll be definitely hiring them again

We used Smart Penny to help unload moving pods in 2021 and again when we moved to our new home in 2022. Rafael was the lead on both and I can say without a doubt, they were the best moving experiences we've had. I plan on using Smart Penny in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the Boston area.

First class experience. We used them last weekend to move out of our condo. They gave us a window of when they would arrive, between 11am and 1pm. They kept me updated throughout the morning with their schedule and arrived at 12pm. They were very careful when wrapping our expensive furniture. We have lots of glass and they wrapped up everything and safely secured it in their truck. These 4 guys were very friendly, respectful and kind. They laughed and seemed happy to work there. One guy wasn't so friendly but later excused his attitude and said he was feeling under the weather. They were very efficient. They did the entire move in about 3 hours. Super fast, especially when we got to the final destination and everything was perfectly in place with no damage. Highly recommend. Our lead guy was Estuardo in case you want to request.

I have moved so many times, I cannot even count how many! So I would say that in a real way I am a consumer expert on moving companies. I have had so many bad experiences with movers, more bad than good. Happily, this was a great experience for our move. Smart Penny Moving was by far among the best moving companies I have ever used. Professional, polite, considerate, fast, efficient, careful. I recommend them highly and would not use anyone else in the whole Texas! Thank you!

I had the best experience yesterday with Smart Penny Moving, and I will only hire them in the future when I need to move! Estuardo, Omar, Alberto were great and did everything perfectly! There was no damages and they wrapped and protected everything a lot, including my white sofa and glass table. It was so easy to tell them on the spot where each box went in my new house, and they followed my instructions perfectly without any problems. They also re assembled and moved all the furniture in my new house, which was great. They were really nice and trustworthy. They had no extra fees or anything- just the quoted hourly price, so I was really happy and relieved about that.

Found these movers here on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. Great pricing, friendly staff, and extremely efficient! To be honest they were more prepared for my move then I was! They wrapped up the furniture neatly to not scratch or scuff the floors from and to where we were moving. They disassembled and reassembled our bigger furniture perfectly and waited for direction on where to place the furniture. Arrived on time, and gave a great price - definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience with Smart Penny Moving, they arrived on time and did not stop moving till the job was done. What I really enjoyed most about their service is if they saw anything that was not packed yet and had to go, they would pack it up quickly. We had a full truck and the two gentlemen fill it up real fast. Definitely would recommend them for all of your moves. Oh and they were the best price by far!

Their online platform is really well developed so getting a quote is very fast and easy, as is scheduling the move. I got quotes from a few companies and Penny seemed more professional than comparable movers. We got a three man crew that was friendly, efficient, and handled our furniture with care.
