Food is delicious. The staff here are super nice. Donuts are super fresh. It is one of the best places in Redwood City to eat. Quick service as well. I recommend the scrambles and almond croissants.

Fantastic food, generous portions, great service. It’s a small place, so it can get cramped. But it’s definitely a place to go to if the hotel breakfast leaves you wishing for more.

It's a small place with few tables, but a great place for breakfast and donuts!!! You have to wait to be seated. Or go to the counter and place your order. There's a good selection on their menu, make a special request and it's done!!!! With meals, drink and donuts for 3 adults came to $59.

Such a cute little hole-in-the-wall donut and breakfast shop. The staff were very friendly and quick to get us seated. The food was amazing; the perfect place for a short brunch!

I picked up a too-good-to-go order and wow!! Everything was fresh and look at that generous quantity.
The lady and the associate at the counter were very nice. I usually am not a fan of donuts but these were so good that i was tempted to try all flavors.

Had a wonderful breakfast and experience this early morning. Classic breakfast and California Loving dishes were both hot and tasty! Server was very friendly and thoughtful. Donuts were good but not special. Place was a bit smaller than expected but never saw a line. Small parking lot.

Very small dining area but the people are so nice and the brunch food was very good! I got an old fashioned pastrami sandwich which was good but not as good as my partner’s eggs Benedict with chorizo. We also got an original glazed donut which was very good, and Nutella stuffed hotcakes (pancakes).

I am pleasantly surprised by the good food here! We had the classic breakfast and California Love. The sourdough toasts were delicious, their food is very clean and NOT greasy at all. The beacon slices are generous size and very crispy. They also have very good donuts! The place is small and seating is limited but we had a wonderful quick and tasty breakfast there!!!

Ordered the veggie omelet with country potatoes and sourdough bread to go. My order was correct and they provided utensils with condiments that I didn’t ask for but was glad to have. The country potatoes are well seasoned and the veggies in the omelet were delicious! Will definitely be back to try the donuts!

Just arrived from a 24hr+ trip from Australia, and needed a breakfast early and quick. Bottomless brewed coffee is not what we are used to in Melbourne, but I liked the taste w enough to have two cups. Had an omelette that was prepared fresh - and the hot sauce was as always ready to go. Friendly service - good basic hearty meal that did the trick - $25 total including a 20% tip.

Always a happy place to go.

Homeskillet has put on a great effort to live up to their name for the past 8 months. They have allowed my crew to have a great breakfast. One of my biggest thanks is they open early.
The food is great. My favorite is the hash tag.
The donuts are fresh and a very good treat.

I went last month in this very cousy donut and breakfast place; I’m surprised 😮 for the flavor in the donuts and in the breakfast ; I will recommend to everyone who loves donuts 🍩 and great attention for the people who passionately work in there, thank you 😊.

Lovely & welcoming staff, prompt service, and absolutely delicious food!

My friend and I shared the veggie benedict + hashbrowns and croissant-french-toast and all of the food was great! Even the hashbrowns were the perfect level of crispy (which oddly seems like a rare find nowadays).

A small place with quality service, good dishes, and wonderful pastries. I'm sure it can get a bit cramped for lunch and on weekends for breakfast, but we went on a weekday for breakfast and couldn't have been more pleased.

Great food, great service, I couldn't complain if someone bribed me; I'd have to buy 'em lunch to show 'em how great a place this is.

Stopped by after a long night of work and picked up some really good breakfast. I took my meal back to my hotel room about 20 minutes away. Even though my food sat that long it was still warm and yummy. I noticed that they also sell some pretty good looking donuts. Maybe next time donuts!

Food good very friendly staff

Such a gem of a breakfast place! Everything we ate was delicious, the coffee flowed freely and staff was beyond friendly. They may have a perfect apple fritter, and the fancy french toast made from croissant was to die for. Was not overcrowded by 11am on a Sunday. Small town cafe feel. Glad we skipped ihop in favor of this amazing place!

Updated: my suspicions were correct, the Haus Benedict was just wonderful! Great addition of avo and meat to the crunchy bacon and hashbrowns tasty. Far better than the other Benedict. Their OJ was better than what I make at home from our oranges. Great value, good food, friendly attentive service. Will definitely be back or order more from this place.

Original review: To their credit the apple fritter was great and poached eggs skillfully executed, the eggs whites were fluffy and yolk just the right amount of runny for a Benedict. I didn't care for the 'canadian' ham circles and next time will go for smoked instead. Ordering from UberEats was confusing, I'll tell you why: Picture and text shows with hash browns, then asks to add a side of fries or balsamic greens. I figured why get fries if I already have hash brown potatoes? So picked greens. When it arrived, I realize this was a semantics and typo problem. No hash browns, just the salad. This should be fixed. Don't call hash browns french fries. State you need to pick the salad OR hashbrowns. I love hashbrowns. I didn't really need a vinegary salad with breakfast. Oh well. Better luck next time. Eggs were warm but the rest was cold when it got here 15 mins later. Can't blame the restaurant for that. I tipped my delivery guy generously anyway. They need the money. I will be back in person and hope to give five stars next time. Please correct the menu issues with UberEats.
