I was relocating to San Diego from overseas. I reached out to numerous realtors but given the lack of a US phone number, no one got back to me, not even by email; except, the one and only, Kristen Kalepp.

Kristen is an amazing Broker! I first contacted her two years ago when I was mulling over selling my Palm Desert condo, and again this year when I asked for updated comps.

As the fees for my complex continued to go up (and have since then, skyrocketed), I pulled the trigger and sent Kristen the former seller's listing photos (I purchased them for marketing the condo for rentals) and she ran with them, doing a listing and going live within a couple hours!

Immediately we had responses, and a showing the next day, with an offer the day after that! She even negociated an above asking price from the buyer! Now, that was fun!
