On Winslow Street @ Redwood City Caltrain

The Redwood City Transit Station serves as Nexus point between Caltrain and SamTrans buses as well as severally shuttle services. The station is simply laid out with kiosks on both sides of the track to purchase train tickets. Adjacent to the station is a shopping center where you can buy fast food, groceries and a drug store. Within 5 minutes walk are dozens of restaurants. If you want to make this a stop for lunch or dinner and a movie, this is a good choice. Also, easy bus connection to SFO.

Excellent transit center all routes are clearly marked well lit and security and police make regular rounds to ensure safety. Most routes arrive and leave at the correct time. All of the bus drivers i have encountered are super helpful and great are willing to make conversation with you. I recommend using google maps to make ride planning a breeze.

The most useful Caltrain facility for people working in Redwood City! Has a Starbucks too!

Beautiful and nice city

The train was 3 minutes late, bit overall was still a good experience.

From all the caltrain stations i have been to in Bay Area, this happens to be my least favorite one.

The digital notice boards are way inaccurate at times. Especially during times of a delay due to a mishap. There's announcement facility either like in some other stations.

If you are waiting and you observe that something doesn't seem right, try checking Caltrain's twitter account. (Unfortunately, that's how Caltrain expects people to know disruption in schedule)

Can do with some more shade too.

Needs restrooms and ticket kiosks on both sides of tracks. Needs better security, and in my opinion, EVERY public transit station needs more emergency and public phones. Nothing like getting robbed with no phone to call for help.
