Brandon helped me in a nightmare situation with Verizon, and was able to verify my identity and unlock my phone number to be activated when Verizon Customer Service, Technical Support, and the Reading, MA corporate store all failed to do after literal hours spent attempting and trying over the course of 2 days. Brandon resolved the issue within minutes by simply verifying my identity using my state and federal IDs and was patient with how frustrated we were by the time he was working with us. I will still most likely be transferring service after this ordeal, but Brandon helped me at least reconsider remaining with Verizon now that I can access my own phone number and account again.

This store is so great. Jake helped my mother and I over the holiday weekend. He was helpful and patient. We really appreciated the fact that he helped her “in store” while keeping me on his own speaker phone- as her phone was on the fritz! Great customer service. Thank you so much!!! :)

After striking out at other locations, my husband and I tried the Burlington location. We made an appt, was helped about 10 min after the appt was supposed to start, and we were helped by Jeffrey. I cannot say enough how nice, patient and helpful he was! It got pretty busy, so it would have been expected for him to rush us out the door but he explained everything clearly, dealt with all my questions and was just all around great!

I went over to the Verizon in the Mall for a new phone, since I was due for an upgrade. At first I was hesitant because I had grown used to my old phone. The level of professionalism and clarity the people over at this Verizon store had was amazing.

The store manager Paul went above and beyond to help me and my family. He knew exactly what he was doing and how to get things done. He helped me and my family including my parent who can sometimes be technologically challenged. Nevertheless he even broke it down for them and helped us all get new phones. He was thoughtful and through through out the whole process. He also was very personable and it really felt like he wanted to help. He wasn't just trying to get us to buy something he was actively interested in helping us.

His staff also were efficent and affluent. I overheard how they helped other customers. Paul and his team over at Burlington Mall know what they are doing and are ready to help, 5 out of 5.

The store manager Andrew was incredibly helpful! He fixed my bill unlike other Verizon stores that kept telling me to wait for the next billing cycle for my promotion to be credited even though it had already been three months.

The Verizon upstairs in the mall near the food court is the one I went to. Paul helped us out and he was absolutely incredible. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He sold me a phone, tablet, two cases, and a screen protector. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and was very patient with us. Best employee who has ever helped me at any Verizon.

Kaylyn and Nicole were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us find the right plan and gave us a wonderful deal. Highly recommend going to them. They were kind, smart, personable, and gave excellent service. Best experience with a cell phone provider. We are extremely happy that we switched from AT&T to Verizon!

The manager Paul was an outstanding help!! He set up my phone , he fixed my phone aswell as transfer and all my data!! He truly excels the expectation of professional customer service i was very impressed by the level of professionalism in Paul and his team. Very well done hiring Paul and making him a manager !!!! And to his team who work there too!!!

I don't think I've EVER written a review before, but huge shoutout to Chris at this Verizon store for resolving an issue with my iPhone XS.

I had previously spent 4 hours running between Apple & a different Verizon store and speaking to Verizon on the phone, and what 6 different people could not address, Chris did in about 5 minutes by catching an error that others had overlooked.

So appreciative of the attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency here, and would highly recommend.

I got amazing help from Kumar. I had been on the on line Verizon Customer Service for a total of 18 Plus hours. Kumar solved my problems in 10 minutes.

I've had the best customer service here compared to other verizon stores. They are the only store that did not try to trick me into buying a new phone when my old one broke. They have replaced 3 chargers and 3 phones for me for FREE to fix the technical issues with a phone (that was still under warranty). They only replace verizon products, but have been consistently friendly and helpful in problem solving tech issues.

Just letting you know that Brady was so helpful. I had my phone compromised and went into the store to find out why it wasn't working.
Brady took charge (with a smile) and was able to fix it.
Brady is an asset to your company and I want to give accolades to him.

These folks saved me when i walked in 10 minutes before closing with a phone that was only partially activated. I had purchased the phone elsewhere and they didn't care - they - stayed 30 minutes passed closing until i was able to use my phone again. Go team - Kaylynn, Bobby and Kumar are the best!

I just would like to thank Keith Weatherbee of Verizon Wireless of the Burlington Mall for his great sales service over the weekend. He refitted my Galaxy 6S for an upcoming trip overseas while explaining truthfully and carefully the pros and cons of different data plans. While he obviously knows a great deal about the underlying technology, he did not use technical jargon for the sake of showing off his knowledge. He did mention a new Bring Your Own Device plan that Verizon is offering, and I might very well switch my other cell phone to Verizon as a result.

On Sunday I brought my 94 year old aunt to Verizon in Burlington Mass. The manager Steven was Great. He was very patient and went above and beyond to help my aunt out. Thank you Steven.

This store in the Burlington Mall is a corporate store - after going to two different Verizon resellers and being frustrated that they couldn't help me, I came here and they breezed through it, with both friendliness and expertise. AND figured out how to save me about $30/month compared to what the resellers were saying. There's no need to ever go anywhere else!!

This store is great but be warned! There's another Verizon store near the food court. Go to this one, do not go to that one. They're privately owned and they ripped me off with shady practices. This store helped me reverse their damage and are professional people. Don't go to the "pretend" Verizon store upstairs go to this one on the first floor near Lord & Taylor.
