I will definitely visit this location again. The lobby was extremely clean, the employees were very friendly and to top it off I had the experience of seeing them make me a fresh waffle cone.

The smell of the waffle cone was SCRUMPTIOUS.
Overall I had a GREAT experience and will definitely come back with friends.

Store is located near water front park, few seconds walk! Store features dairy, non-dairy ice creams. Our favorites butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and welcoming. This store carries a few non-dairy options, for which I am very grateful to Ben and Jerry's and to the store management. Thank you for having something for those of us that unfortunately cannot enjoy dairy products :)

I made a customized shake, coffee bean and salted caramel, Maddie my server thought it would taste amazing and it did. Belle rung me up while my shake was being prepared. It was speedy service. Thanks for make the visit sweet.

It's Ben & Jerry's! Consistently great ice cream, wonderful service, and there never seems to be too bad of a line. Also, this place blows bubbles into the street during the summertime.

One of the many ice cream parlors in Old Towne Alexandria. Ben & Jerry's is a little harder to hind as it is on Union and not on one of the main thoroughfares. The ice cream is delicious and there are plenty of flavors to enjoy. For those looking for ice cream in a cone, the cones are made fresh on-site.

I like ice cream

Ben & Jerry's ice cream is always good but it is kind of hard to find. If you don't know where it is you will miss it. And it always is busy during the evening. A lot of people eat dinner in one of the other restaurants and then come here for the ice cream.

Kids loved the ice cream. Good selection and was able to try a flavor they don’t sell in the stores. Was a great way to cool off, get out of the humidity, and make the kids happy.
