I had a great experience at this CVS. Thanh (Luke) help us in what we need. He was really informative and friendly. Excellent customer service!

The CVS on King Street in old town. Alexandria is always very clean and the team members are very helpful when trying to locate an item on the shelves. I did not encounter any long lines on this visit or any prior visit. I visit this location often. Although I had no need for the pharmacy, I did note that there was only one person being helped and there was no line so would be a very convenient place to fill a prescription.

CVS on King St in Alexandria is the best store and pharmacist I’ve ever been too . I come from Md. cause they care so much , they greet You and are so helpful and knowledgeable. Mariam and Rebecca are the pharmacist they are always hands on will help with anything and always have time for U even though they are so busy .Tiara and Daniel the pharmacist techs they work very hard helping the pharmacist, at the register and answering questions . I love this CVS even the front of the store Rosa and Zelda are great and greet You with a big hello when coming into the store .

Friendly and helpful service from the staff as well as the young lady who helped me check out. I really appreciate the later hours that the CVS in Old Town Alexandria have to offer.

Vida and Rosa have always warmly greeted me when I walk in and help me if I’m in need of assistance. We need more people at CVS like Vida and Rosa!

The CVS associates were professional and polite! They were friendly and made shopping at CVS a comfortable experience!

Vida is my favorite part of this store. She always greets me and I often notice her speaking to other patrons at the store by name. She has a way of making everyone feel special!

Thank you so much to Mariam from the pharmacy who administered my COVID-19 vaccine gracefully and in an extremely friendly manner. She was thorough in her explanations of what to expect and with documentation as well. Very happy with this experience! 🙂

I don't usually leave reviews for places like CVS, but I had such a great experience when I went in today with one of the cashiers! She helped me find the correct coupons in my receipt to apply to my items. She also helped me sign up for CVS CarePass.

Yahwensi, a wonderful young woman working here, was incredibly helpful and warm. She made sure we had exactly what we were looking for and that we were well taken care of, all with an incredible smile and such a kind attitude that it genuinely helped improve the night of my party. We are so impressed with the above and beyond customer service that this incredibly valuable employee provided. CVS, I hope you appreciate this gem. Any company would be lucky to have her.

Just wanted to take time out to say Thank You to ANDREA the most Fantastic Pharmacy Tech I've ever had to pleasure of dealing with. She was so helpful and compassionate and ultimately saved me while I was having a severe Asthma attack. Andrea went above and beyond to provided excellent Customer Service something one doesn't see to much anymore these days . Kudos to CVS for having people like on staff.. Andrea has restored my faith in this fast paced , selfish world we live in.

I left my cellphone here. There wasn't a rhyme nor reason for the attendant to be honest about finding it when I called to ask, but she was. For this, I am very grateful. Say what you will about service employees, but there is still some honesty left in the world. I wish I would have had cash to show my appreciation, but I hope it finds her in other ways.
