This is my first time in the US. I don't have a local mobile network yet when I reached. The shopkeeper helped me with providing Wi-Fi which enabled me to book an uber back to my place.

I left a large, breakable and irreplaceable wall hanging with Old Town Pack & Ship for both packing and shipping. The transaction at the store was professional, and the package was shipped on schedule. I had some concerns about the piece not being crated, but the owner assured me the cardboard and foam packaging would do the job. They did, and the packing fee of $60 for a 32x28-inch box seemed reasonable. The box arrived cross-country undamaged, and the shipping materials were so sturdy that I am re-using them to ship some other large wall hangings. A very positive experience.
