As a new patient, the staff make an extra effort to get a timely appointment, they were able to get me in the next day. The hygienists were very detailed and efficient. The dentist was very friendly and thorough. I definitely made the right decision in choosing the Henritze Dental Group - Vinton.

Office staff and assistants are the best! I always feel very welcomed and ready for whatever awaits! The Doctors are top notch and I know they will always take good care of me! It’s nice to come into a business where I see smiles on faces and feel the professional atmosphere!!

Very professional from start to finish the staff was able to submit the claim To my insurance company as they are a non-participating provider. The dental hygienist did an excellent job with the cleaning with obviously a wealth of information which she was happy to share.

My dental technician, Jaime, is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel very confident that Dr. Board recognizes the condition of and any special needs for my teeth.

We are 3 generations of coming here.We saw Dr. Greenway (happy retirement) and now see Dr. Board. I can't say enough good things about this office,from the front desk ladies, our hygienists,Dr. Board and Rachel everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. From regular checkups to emergencies, they really care about you and your family. Thank you Henritze Vinton for taking care of us.

I love this dental office. Not only do they have up to date equipment for services, the docs are top notch. Caring, spot on for treatment options and very accommodating if you have special needs. If you don't go here, you should consider changing.

1: Front desk staff is stellar! Organized and super friendly and best of all - timely!
2: The techs don't miss a thing and gently get to the truth in your tooth haha - and they offer self care tips as they make observations
3: The docs are the best - quick, no nonsense but seems like we're old friends (Dr. Skinner is my dentist).
4: My teeth are happier!!

First time visiting and I highly recommend this Dentist office. They were very polite and professional from start to finish.

I explained I had not been to the dentist for many years because I lost a child to drowning & if I needed to swallow/suctioned I felt like I also was drowning. They were so understanding & told me to wiggle my fingers if I needed to swallow ect. My experience was very good. I know this was probably an odd request but they were extremely sympathetic to my situation.
This is not just at the dentist, sometimes when showering or taking a drink I will experience this scary feeling.

Dr,Gregg Skinner was great. Made my brother relax. And Sonya was fantastic. Love her.All the staff was great.

Dr. Skinner and his staff were very detailed and very pleasant. I don’t like going to a dentist but they explained everything to me and were extremely positive and patient with me. I had to have a temporary crown put in and it was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing. They are extremely patient and explain everything.

I always have a great experience here. The entire staff is great! An extra bonus was the incredible Halloween decorations! I have never had so much fun at a dentist appointment!

Jamie is the best hygienist! I feel comfortable knowing she compares my X-rays and images from one visit to the next and takes the time to answer my questions to help me take the best care of my teeth.

As always, my experience was great! Everyone is always happy and so polite. They are like family. I always look forward to seeing everyone. I love catching up with Claudette and consider her a friend! Dr Greenway and Dr. Board are great!

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They are always kind and create a calming atmosphere. Dr. Board is knowledgeable and confident in his work. This is probably the best practice I've been to in the Roanoke Valley.

Dr Skinner and his assistant did a very good job on my crown up front I've been with Dr Skinner for over 15 years and he is by far the best dentist I have ever been to thanks again Dr Skinner for all your help Ed Jones.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Board and his assistant Rachel make a great team. They explain everything and makes sure you know what to expect. Rachel's friendly personality puts you at ease before Dr Board even comes in the room to get started.
