I shop here 4 or 5 times a week .Nice people great selections an great meats .

I shop here almost every day. They have excellent customer service. There are so many friendly employees that go out of their way to treat their customers very good. They have pretty much anything you need at this store. I also absolutely love the new Starbucks that they have there. Everyone that works there is very nice. They also have delicious frappuccinos. I give this Kroger a 5 star!!

Is there is a big line it takes no time to get through it's got a lot of different kinds of food you're looking for they have fresh vegetables I know you have a nice setup for

Staff are always polite and helpful when I can't find items.

Over priced but still one of the best groceries store.

The cake printer broke the day of the party and they completed something even better by hand. The Assistant manager Megan was very instrumental in getting this done. I would not go to any other Kroger or cake decorator! He will love this cake!!!!!

Having multiple self-checkouts with conveyor belts makes checkout a breeze

I always shop at Kroger plus they have decent coupons! Never have to wait that long in line.

Clean, well laid out store, always have what you want, and if not are happy to try to get it for you. friendly staff, great management and a pleasant shopping experience. Close and convenient with great and competitive prices on name brand and store brand items. I don't shop anywhere else. Got to love it, plus you earn discounts on your fuel. What more could you ask for.

I worked/shopped @ the West Lake (SML) Kroger today. This location was well stocked & ready for the Labor Day Weekend. Lots of business with steady traffic throughout the day.

This Kroger's was well stocked, clean, nice displays, produce was fresh, sales posted on several aisles, and very nice deli items, cold and hot. There is a Starbucks next to the deli.

Love this Kroger most well organized and clean store in the city. They also have a housewares section that is very well stocked with everything for coffee makers to cheese graders. Highly segested.

Been going there for 11yrs. Well stocked instead of some other places. Clean, with polite staff.

Best grocery store in area by far. Always has what I need, never long waits for checkouts. Pharmacy is one of the best around as well. Never feel like the store is unorganized or too big to find my needs.

Friendly service and convenient location. Comparable prices and deals worth searching for. Vinton Kroger is a, "town store" not just another place to shop and with a friendly pharmacy right in place where the staff are both knowledgeable and proficient, they will help with any question you may have to better your family or yourself.

Good day to go today, not to busy, pharmacy had line but they quickly opened up another check out. Was a little bummed the delhi was out of the sourdough bread I like so well. Good experience this visit anyway

WOW! Their system is amazing now. Great staff! I used to dread using their pharmacy, but whoever is running it now has really made it a pleasure. They'll be filling ALL my prescriptions from now on. AVOID CVS in Vinton like the plague! Nastiest woman pharmacist on earth. Transfer your prescriptions here!

Kroger is a great place to stop if you're short of time and don't have time to make dinner you can pick up anything. they have everything all your staples from water, bread, milk everything you need is all right there
