Convenient, clean, safe and reasonably priced. Also has direct exit to Lee St from the back after you park. I did not see any attendants in the lot but I also didn’t need assistance while I was there.

Clean, well lit garage that is less than other more centrally locales garages. $5 here vs $10 or $15 nights and weekends and only a few blocks further

A convenient parking garage, closer to the waterfront entry and surroundings without getting into downtown traffic. Parking fee starting $2.50/ hour or $10 max on weekdays and $5 max on weekends.

Park here weekly and haven’t had any issues at all. Plenty of parking spaces.

Great location for parking

Crazy busy afternoon and night so once I encountered 7 garages at capacity and gave up stalking street parking opportunities, I was relieved to find this garage still open to taking cars. A neighboring parking garage was also but I saw that once I was already far too late for my appointment and walking in a mad dash. Perks: attendant was on foot patrolling when I returned and in the box as I entered, lit well, produces cards, when you walk by the pay point a loud automated voice says to pay before departure, receipts generate, 10 minutes to depart from payment time is granted, one way path entry to exit, and nice visibility at exit. Also, very low rate of $5 when competition was charging $17 flat rate. Open until 2:30am also caught my attention as a perk. I could see marking this place as a favorite.

Location is good. Price is excellent. There is an attendant on site (his presence was enough to discourage a drunk man who tried to follow me back to my car.)
Wheelchair access ramp sucks. It is narrow, with an awkward right angle turn. I just haul equipment through it, it has to be tight for an actual wheelchair. I don't think a mobility scooter would fit, you'll probably have to ask the attendant to lift the gate so you can use the car access.
