Fast Lane Performance

Bought a 2004 Honda Civic sedan about a month ago, price was clearly posted no negotiation, no BS, it was a USED car, Wallace explained the cosmetic issues with that car which I saw, it's a 17yo car, what should one expect. The deal was easy, fast, and it was nice to buy a car in an hour vs spending an entire day messing with a dealer. BTW the car gets fantastic gas mileage i average about 35 mpg. nice car great price. Highly recommend if you see something you like.

Just purchased a 01 BMW from fastlane and it was my first car so I wanted something reliable and smooth to drive. It was all that and more. The customer service was GREAT, Andrew led me through everything I needed to
know about the car and then some. The car is still working great and recently I went back for a new set of wheels and tires and they definitely led me in the right direction of which sets look the best and they hooked me up with a great deal and the wheels make the car look beautiful.

I recently bought a car from here and I'm completely satisfied. The salesman was very nice took his time to talk with me about the vehicle to make sure it was the right fit for me. Very knowledgeable and honest. I've sent several friends here and would buy another vehicle from them anyday.

Customer service was way above expectation. I called regarding specific needs I had in a vehicle and the salesman made sure that those needs would be met by the vehicle. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The information provided was honest and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I would recommend this car dealership for anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle.

Purchased a beautiful Audi at Fast Lane Performance today. Andrew and Wallace were incredibly kind, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond for us and made the entire experience so much fun (even on this chilly, rainy day), and pressure-free! Would love to do business with these gentlemen again! Purchased my first car from there and the car is in excellent condition. Got to test drive for 30 mins to make sure I loved the car. Andrew was awesome!!! Very helpful and informative, and also very down to earth. I went in very nervous because I was anxious, but Andrew made everything easy and enjoyable.

This place is very small, easy to over look, but easy to get in and out of. They definitely have a "mom and pop shop" feel to it. They are very honest, straight forward, and highly professional. I love the SUV I bought from them at an incredible price.

Purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey great condition, low miles interior sparkling clean like new everything checked out perfectly on test drive..Wallace the owner was professional transaction flawless.The cover was missing on compartment in rear where spare tire apparatus is housed. Wallace said he would order it which he did it was installed on arrival; a very positive experience. 7 months the later car is great ...

I want to leave a review of the experience I had as I have read some reviews on here that seem a bit ridiculous and unfair. I work for a few places where this happens a lot as well. Only a few people out of many will to take the time to leave positive reviews and rarely do people leave neutral reviews but any time there is a little bit of something negative you can always count on someone to exaggerate the facts of the situation. So I want to present my experience with Fast Lane Performance.

This had to be the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I love the BMW Z3 that I got and Andrew was awesome! He was very upfront and honest and made sure that I was aware of and understood everything that went into the car buying process... good and bad.

I am a huge fan of older European cars and know how expensive they can be. If you want something reasonably priced then you have to be ok with a few minor defects (for anyone who wants to complain about having something go wrong... it happens with used cars sometimes... that is part of the reason they cost less... they are used and using them sometimes causes problems) so the car was not perfect but I did get a great deal for what I got. With what I saved compared to what I could have spent I can now invest that money into fixing the car up (which again... that is how buying a used car works... actually people even put money into upgrading brand new cars).

When I was signing all the paperwork there was the issue of the title not being there (as I saw someone else mention in another review) but that is because they had only had the car on the lot for a couple days and it had not arrived yet (maybe the other person who stated this was an issue should have asked why and looked at the paperwork). I looked over the paperwork and saw that it had just gotten onto the lot on the 1st and it was only the 5th so that actually was a very legitimate reason (here is another real world example of when this happens... you go to the DMV for your license... they mail it to you and even though you have a license as soon as you leave the DMV... you don't have your physical license until you get it in the mail over a week later). I really don't think a car dealership would make a habit of selling cars without titles because... well... they just don't do that if they expect to stay in business for long and these guys obviously have been in business for a while. So I really had no worries as far as this and Andrew promised to call me as soon as the title arrived. And guess what? He did. It was two days after I bought it because that is when it arrived in the mail. Could I have waited for the title to arrive before buying the car? Sure. And I also could have missed out on getting an awesome car because I wanted to be unreasonable and assume that there could be no other reason for the car dealership to not have the title to a car then they must just not have it.

When I went and picked up the title Andrew asked me how I liked my car which is not something someone would do if they are trying to sell you junk and get away with it. I let him know that I was extremely happy with it and had already started fixing it up. He recommended a place for me to go to if I needed speakers or anything like that and said I could mention him by name. I did let him know that my temporary tag had at some point in time fell off my car (I moved the front one to the back). He was genuinely worried that I would get a ticket (I thought I would be less likely to get a ticket if I at least had a tag on the back but he informed me that they definitely love to give highly unnecessary tickets for no front tag) so he took the time to print out a new tag for me. He offered to put it on for me but I was already running late getting there and did not want to take up more of his time as they were about to close so I thanked him but told him I could handle it.

I know I have gone into a lot of detail but I wanted to share my entire experience and once again say thank you to Andrew and Fast Lane Performance.

Bought my 2012 Ford Focus SEL from here last February, a year later. It is a GREAT car! Great price, great service, was worth the 3 hour road trip to go buy it. Has served me well going to college at UNCW and plan to keep the car for many years, highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I visited Fastlane on December 3rd to look at a used Honda Civic. We met Andrew who helped us out right away. After test driving the car, we decided to take a look at a few other dealerships in the area to compare Hondas we found in the area. Nothing even came close! After returning to Fastlane, we were unable to purchase the car because the bank was closed, and we could not pick up our check. However, Andrew was willing to stay late on the following Monday to help us purchase the car and sign all the necessary paperwork. We just got the car from our mechanic who did a thorough check on the car and said everything checked out great. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Great guys. Very professional. They have alot of integrity when it comes to the way they do business. My son is very happy with the car we got. I will definitely bring my business back when I need another car.

Got a great SUV from this dealership. Everything worked on it but noticed the brake lights weren't working when I got home. I called Andrew and he ended up fixing it for me for free! Great running car and excellent service, thx !

I was looking for a reasonably priced vehicle. Emailed them a few times. Quick and curtious replys. Found two cars I liked. Stopped by and test drove both vehicles. The staff was curtious and helpful I offered them a RESONABLE price and they accepted it. I drove home with my new car and great guys to do buisness with.

Dealt with Andrew, very solid and upfront guy. Let me know everything that was up with the car and everything he knew about the car. Highly recommended and definitely will do business with them again.

I loved this place and these guys they sold me a car for my daughter and everthing just went awsome. Great Explanation on what's goin on and what I needed to do to get the car in my name tagged and titled. Being the second car I purchased. I found a sweet deal on a car from Craigslist and when I went in to buy it I got a new set of rims for it to, those guys knew the best wheels for it and hooked me up on a great deal!!!
