I absolutely love Kelly!!! She is one of the best nail artists in the Roanoke Valley! I see a few bad apples post reviews that are pretty bad and mainly it’s because they are trying to get a free set of nails, it’s rather ridiculous! Here’s the thing, Kelly is one of the most understanding individuals you will ever meet. Most people want to wait until she’s completely done and go home and say something about her sets, but why not say anything the moment she is doing your nails? If she is in the process of doing your nails and you don’t like something, SPEAK UP!! She will make sure you leave her salon happy! Kelly, you have always done an amazing job with my nails and I would never go anywhere else! Love you girl!

I moved to covington a year ago and for 20 years the same lady did my nails in hagerstown md and until this past Saturday I still went up there. I was nervous about goung any where else, but Tracy and the ladies here made me so comfortable and my nails are amazing. Thank you Tracy. I'll be back this is now my nail salon❤

Kelly is by far beyond the BEST id say in Roanoke but all of Va!! She is super fast extremely friendly very reasonable for ANY service!! Freestyle or IG style!! BUT... If you want 50-60$ nails you cant expect to have a 200$ freestyle done! you get what u pay for and KELLY is priceless for her work & talent💯 She goes above & beyond to help each client on every situation!! Her works means as much to her as it does to us! IF NOT more! she loves her job & and will never leave anyone walking out unhappy!! & Cant leave put THE best part 4-6 weeks easy no lifting breaking or chips!! i work outdoor on cArs and janitorial i have LONG nails 2yrs with her I have NEVER had an issue or had come back for a fix!! The value for the cost of the services are on point. I don’t mind paying for great quality, and detailed nail art that last.

Friendly staff, clean salon, experienced technicians, the massage chairs are great too. It’s well worth my hour and a half drive. There are many salons closer to me but I won’t go anywhere else.
