Hamilton Restaurant & Bar

Delicious food! The table was narrow and slightly difficult with two people sitting directly across from one another but it was a charming tavern with fun themed cocktails. The pretzels and fried pickles with beer cheese were all amazing and the french dip sliders and fries were fantastic. Highly recommend. They did ask if we had a reservation so maybe call ahead- we didn't have one but were seated immediately anyway.

Our first time there. A nice family get together. The hostess/waitress was terrific. The food was delicious. The ambiance was warm and relaxing. The wings are delicious.

Recommend the salmon plate. The clam chowder is the best. This place is a must!

Terrific neighborhood bar, food is great. Best French Toast in the known universe!! ( almost like bread pudding) Beef stew also a cant miss...tender and so delicious (family recipe which remains a secret🤔) Super nice bartenders, great atmosphere...definitely recommend👍

We went for Sunday Brunch. Food was great. House Omelet was fluffy with plenty of "stuff" inside. The English Breakfast so good it disappeared off the plate before we even noticed.

I went to Hamiltons tonight and had the most amazing experience. The hostess, Kimberly, is the most amazing, friendly, sweet, and welcoming hostess I have ever met. She is the reason I came back again. Her energy is just what you want when you walk into a place for the first time. Hamiltons is lucky to have her. The rest of the staff was extremely nice and drinks were great and reasonable! Would definitely recommend.

The food and drinks were amazing. I was visiting from Ohio and left my purse behind unfortunately. My flight was the next day and the owner Greg was amazing he found my purse and contacted me and was able to get it back to me before my flight!!!! This type of help I have never seen and was next to amazing!!!! I will be definitely be returning for not only the food but the amazing owner and staff!!!

My spouse and I enjoy both the food and drinks. Decent prices all around, plenty of beers on tap and a good selection of liquor and wine as well. The service is good, and the staff is helpful if you need a recommendation.

Great event venue!
We recently hosted a bridal brunch at Hamilton and it was fabulous. Cats and her staff attended to every detail and the brunch buffet was delicious (especially the bread pudding French toast!). We had a private dining space and the vibe was everything we wanted. I would highly recommend for an intimate gathering!

Cozy restaurant and bar offering a variety of menu options. I had the avocado toast that came with a poached egg and salsa on top. The dish also came with a fruit cup. Great quality. Our server, “Texas”, was beyond personal and friendly. She was a delight to speak with and provided excellent service.

Came in for date night and had to leave unexpectedly early. Alex was so kind and enthusiastic when serving us, definitely made it a lovely experience regardless! :)

Our favourite local spot! Great vibe, food and covid conscious! Alexis an awesome waitress, we’re always so happy when we walk in and she greets us. She goes above and beyond to make our experience at Hamilton a positive one. The owner/manager is super friendly guy and makes us welcome. Love the Tempura Cauliflower... and the frozen margaritas! 🍹💯

Owner was super cool. The wings are out of this world, tender and crispy at the same time and they Mahe this champagne slushy drink that's delish

Greg was fantastic. He was very polite, helpful, and an all-around fun guy. The food was incredible. French toast was amazing and my favorite. I will be back several times before going back home to Atlanta

The owner is a wonderful guy. We had a ball and went there multiple times during our visit. If you're in brookline you have to go.

Sports bar with killer food. Fried Brussels sprouts with rum glaze and bacon is a top 5 thing I’ve ever eaten. Buffalo chicken flatbread is crazy good too. Staff was awesome and lots of great beer on tap.

What a great place to enjoy brunch after a Sunday wedding!

The Hamilton was easily able to accommodate a group of nearly 30 people on their patio for a Sunday brunch. The outdoor area was well shaded and was decorated in such a way as to feel that you are in a secluded area despite being in a busy part of Brookline. The food selection was outstanding, serving both brunch and lunch, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was accommodating to dietary restrictions from several in our group. The drinks were great too!

Above all was the service we received. Both waitresses as well as the manager of the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our entire party had their orders delivered in a timely manner and were attentive to drink levels. They had great personality and their interaction with our group was outstanding. Additionally, we had a wedding cake from a separate venue which they not only refrigerated for us beforehand but also cut for us when the time came. Their timing, courtesy, attentiveness, accommodating atmosphere and attitude all made this a fantastic dining experience and we will absolutely come back!
