Carl was professional and efficient. I entered the store without a clue as to how I wanted to tile a large bathtub niche. We chatted about my ideas, which he followed up by showing me a few ways to bring my ideas to life. Further conversation refined the choices of tile designs he showed me, and we had a winner. In addition, he assisted me in choosing grout for the shower wall, floor, and niche tiles, a task I had been dreading. All of this only took 1 hour without me feeling at all rushed or pressured. He is the essence of Customer Service, and I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Danielle was SO helpful. She spent an hour helping me come up with ideas for the downstairs renovation on my house. She gave genuine opinions and had a lot of knowledge about design. We are so excited that we get to work with the Tile Shop!

EDITED: 6 months later... we are finally done with most of our massive renovation. Brian and Danielle were some of the most helpful people we had the pleasure of working with during our project.

Brian especially went above and beyond on numerous occasions. For instance: after we had a very poor installation experience with an outside contractor, he personally came to my home to inspect the tile and make a recommendation regarding how to fix it. He also helped ensure that the replacement tiles we needed were going to match what we had perfectly. Without him, I’m not sure where we would be.

Danielle helped with every design aspect of the tile in our home. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without her!

Exceptionally great service. We were treated with a personal attendant who understood our problem and showed us what could we get for resolving it.

I recommend visiting this place before any other for a tile job, since you'll get a bigger picture idea of what is good or bad.

Super helpful and attentive sales team. Needed help choosing some tile for a bathroom renovation and they took their time showing me all the options. Ended up choosing a tile they did not have enough of in store, so they called other stores and were able to order the rest for me! So happy with my purchase!

I had such a great experience with The Tile Shop! Carl was incredibly helpful to me: super patient as I chose tile, made wonderful and knowledgeable recommendations, and had a great sense of humor, too! He even made me feel better about changing my mind on grout color at the last minute. The entire team is customer-oriented and made me and my kiddos feel welcomed in the store. I absolutely love my new back-splash, and I have Carl and his team to thank for making sure that I was thrilled with my selection. I'll be back!

Exceptional service and support from this team! We came in after a contractor walked off our job and with our materials, to say we were shaken was an understatement. Kristin was so wonderful to work with, sensitive to our budget/timeline/needs and we now have a BEAUTIFUL finished project with selections we could only have dreamed of previously! We're so grateful for every vendor that helped us get over the finish line, but the Tile Shop was truly exceptional!

This place has been fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to help with my bathroom project. First the associates in the store, Kim and Leslie, were very helpful with lots of great advice and design ideas at the start of my project. After ordering tile, we made design changes and returned some time and bought more of other tile. After our own installer finished the project, we had concerns about the workmanship. The manager, Brian, came out to the house, more than a 30 minute drive, to review the project and offer solutions. We brought our installer back to address the installation issues and Brian came back out to the house to consult further on issues of inconsistencies in the grout, due to the installers poor cleaning job before he sealed the tile.

The folks at The Tile Shop are a talented and great bunch of folks who understand customer service! I highly recommend them.

Very attentive staff. Manager is hands on and also willing to assist. They take there time to help you figure out what is right for your project. There is no upsell approach, in fact, a suggestion by the person helping me saved me hundreds in unnecessary cost. The selection is large, there are multiple bathroom and kitchen designs on display for ideas and such. Only drawback is that you may have to order what's not in stock and depending on the day it could be a week. Great place, great selection, great customer service.

Consistent, friendly, knowledgeable service from Matt and the rest of the folks at the Tile Shop. Great selection of quality tile too. As a contractor, we tell our clients that The Tile Shop is our preferred vendor. Highly recommend them to everyone.

This place is unbelievable if you need tile they have it, can get it, know where to get it, how to do it all in one 18,000 Sqft place with I forget how many vignettes of kitchens and baths maybe 30? You will be sure to find something you like and can incorporate into your space! Brian the store manager is one of the most versed tile persons I have ever ran into. He or the other staff will take care of you with their wealth of knowledge! Thank you all form The Tile Shop.

Best tile shop. All staff members were very nice, courteous. They took a return last minute before store closing. I will always go there for buying any stone or tiles for my home.

This place has a huge variety of ceramic tile, hundreds of styles to choose from. Different colors, textures, and sizes. The prices are fair for the quality they provide. Convinient hours of operation. The staff is beyond helpful.
