I had such a good experience! They took me in super quickly. The check in was simple. The MA was incredibly friendly, which set off a nice, relaxed tone to the appointment (very important to me as someone who has major anxiety at doctor's appointments). I had Dr. Schwarz and she was very intelligent, kind, and comprehensive. Highly recommend :)

Finally, a good doctor's office experience! I needed an appointment and they offered me one the very next day, as well as the following week. I was in and out extremely quickly, and the staff was knowledgeable about insurance coverage and worked specifically to get me the cheapest prescription option. Perfect!

Everyone was very kind from the moment I walked in! The doctor was very receptive to listening to my concerns + explaining everything as he was going about the skin test — assistant was also very helpful + professional.

I have had such a positive experience at AP Derm! I was not a fan of my old dermatologist and I switched to AP Derm; it has been great! I feel heard and prioritized! There could be improvements made on prescription sending/recieving. In-person and bedside manner is great!

Very efficient office, short or no wait times upon arrival for appointment. Dr. Liou is very knowledgeable and gives great advice for managing skin care. Everybody is professional, friendly, and helpful in the office.

Have been seeing Doctor Haas for many years. She's great. The office is very organized. Plenty of parking. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. Even though I've moved way out to the burbs, I still prefer to stay with this practice. It's been great for me all these years.

It’s been a while (2 years?) since I’ve seen Dr. Haas. As usual, she was very thorough in her examination. Since I’ve been seeing her for many years, it was great to catch up with her. Overall the clinic’s protocols are excellent and I felt very safe and well cared for.

I had a very effective and safe annual checkup. The rooms are carefully cleaned and the service attitude is excellent. Safety procedures were spot on. Dr Haas is excellent - efficient, highly competent, and a good listener.
