Nail 1st

I absolutely love this nail salon! I always come here to get my nails done and they are so nice and clean. I’m able to show a picture and get exactly what i ask for. Nana is the best nail tech to go to. She is the only one I trust with my nails. She is very particular and careful about her work. She takes her but is not too slow. They have wonderful prices and service. Best salon ever!

I have been going to Nails 1st since 2004. They are under new ownership and management. I was very familiarized with the previous owner and all the techs. So, first time we go after 2020 Covid 19 I realized they are under new ownership. William did my mani/pedi and Mai did my husbands mani/pedi we were very happy with their service and we already requested appointments with them. However, the thing I would like to suggest is that when a customer calls to schedule appointment that the person that answers the phone will be willing to listen to a question or request. I felt rushed like I called at the wrong time. I know they might be taking care of a customer but I made 4 appointments and had a question that didn’t have the time to ask, like my time was up. Definitely I recommend Nails 1st and I want to support the business but I want to feel welcomed starting with my call to make the appointment. A happy voice, will see you on… please and thank you goes a long way.

The nail tech did a great job on my gel manicure. She took her time and really made my nails look nice. Most places just rush though it because it's a cheap service. I'll definitely be back!

Just returned back to the Smyrna Georgia area after 2 years. Realize ownership or management has changed and I did recognize a few of the ladies that were with the previous owner of the nail shop. I was greeted friendly at the door and ask what services I was requesting I was immediately escorted to a chair for my pedicure and they came to the cheer to do my nails as well I will say that from the previous ownership it is a very nice environment there's no rudeness and everybody Smiles now. JC gave me the best pedicure I have ever had and the young man there whose name I did not get did a beautiful job on my nails. I do highly recommend going to nail first I will continue to go I think it's worth the trip.

I love Don and the way his does my nails, I’m never disappointed. All the ladies that work here do a great job. I bring my daughter(8) with me to get her nails done as well and she loves it.

I had a pedicure done with hot stones it was amazing. Very clean place ,employees were all pleasant prices were very reasonable. Mask was worn and I was 6ft from other people. I will be back.

Don the owner did suuuuuuch a great job on my nails. Very natural looking and better than the picture I showed him. Would totally go here if you’re looking for a new nail spot. Will be back!

Great people, and small. I love that it is small and you don't have to wait long at all. They are really good with covid, everyone is wearing masks. It is also not that loud!
