Kroger

Came to get a sandwich for lunch and received outstanding service from Mikol. He was friendly, efficient, and made the best sandwich I’ve had from Kroger!

First time in the area I am so glad I stopped to get gas and get some coffee. Here is the list of what you can find at this Kroger in Smyrna. 3240 South Cobb Drive / Smyrna, GA 30080. It has a Pharmacy and above that a small clinic inside. It has sushi, deli, all the normal groceries but with a wide selection since the place is big. You can find plants on the small garden section outside and a redbox to rent movies. It has a large kitchen section, a bank, and a Starbucks inside. This Kroggers is clean, friendly, good service, and to top it off it has it all. Enjoy it!!!

Please note you're employed miss Betty at the self checkout was extremely nice even though a customer called her a b**** because she wouldn't stop helping one customer to help him she told him that she would help him as soon as she was done with the present customer

Geri at checkout when over and beyond helping me find a spoon for my yogurt. I could not get amanager to call or come by to give the compliment. I waited 20 min..them I called back, no manager again. Then I called corporate, no answer there either. Shame.

I chose the right day and time this week. Parking was good. And I had wait in the check out line. It’s a win.

9-18-20: (Time) 10p.m. - So one of our many nights heading to Kroger and night shopping, we noticed how clean and upkept the place was more than usual. So kudos on the workers for that! By the time we finished up it was 11pm and the self check out was PACKED but we heard a worker yell that two other lanes were open and we rushed to an open lane so thank God for that cause we checked out so fast and the guy was just so nice and full of energy! We found out his name was Jaron and it was his 2nd night of supervising which he was pulling off so well with such a positive attitude! Then someone yells his name while we are checking out and apparently it was a worker who was off the clock. She yelled at him in front of customers, which is super rude to do. She was just upset that he opened a register he wasn't supposed to and said they only needed one register to be opened. I'm glad he opened two cause it cleared the massive traffic jam and helped people get home faster. Also yelling and berating an employee is super rude and doesn't help potray a friendly, positive environment for the employees and customers that enjoy shopping there. This rude "Karen" was literally doing it in front of customers including my girlfriend and I while we were checking out! I don't approve of a work environment like this and there was absolutely no reason to berate an employee like that. We were the last ones to check out at his lane and it will be a memorable one at that. Good job Jaron! Keep up the good work and let that old stubby Karen be miserable and toxic somewhere else.

I am a loyal Kroger shopper. I am in the Kroger on S.Cobb drive near Concord Rd. In Smyrna, GA at least 3-4x a week. I get a deli sandwich in there at least once a week. A lot of the deli workers shy from the sandwich counter and seem not wanting to help, which I understand, is not the most pleasant job in the world. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a couple of the workers who always are willing to help me and provide great customer service. Connie and Bruce are your shining stars in that department. Connie is always very friendly and chats as she makes the sandwich, great customer service! Bruce is awesome! Watching him make a sandwich is like watching an artist create a design. He is always going above and beyond to provide a great experience. It always puts a smile on my face when I see him working. He’s always smiling and knows how to brighten your day. Thanks Connie and Bruce for making me feel like a valued customer!

The 5 stars are for Miguel the sub maker I come here a lot !! And he’s made my subs twice now and by far is the best sub maker!! He’s super efficient and gets the job done fast and right everyone else is suuuuuuper slow especially the older black woman tempest she is sooooo slow and want things done her way and gets annoyed if you want things done another way than her way and the taller girl with the braids she’s good as well. also the Starbucks workers I want to give recognition to who was working today 11/14/21 at 3:29 both workers male me female were phenomenal especially the female !!! I love her !!!

What a great store! People are always kind, helpful, and professional! Have interacted with deli, bakery, produce, pharmacy, and butchery staff, and they were all wonderfully kind and helpful. Cashiers have all been great, and the baggers are so sweet and try so hard to help in every way they can! NEVER had a bad experience at this Kroger, Ever!! Even drive across Smyrna to shop here instead of the smaller, closer Kroger!

Even with the country having empty shelves,we were able to go and get essentials on a Saturday afternoon. Many items were depleted but the stock crew was hard at work replacing them. The prices weren't crisis high either. The service was excellent

Just had a great chat with Larry! He was passing out stickers and encouraging students to work hard in school. He shared with my granddaughter how he graduated with a high GPA even with a disability. Wish I thought to take a picture! WTG LARRY

Excellent shopping experience. Kroger brand grits are absolutely the best- cook perfect, rich n creamy. New lower prices is reality. Double self-check out lanes. Wonderful selection of small appliances, dishes, indoor/outdoor items. Free Friday & Best Customer simply well appreciated-opportunity to experience a lot of great products ;-) Open 24/7 - Convenient to save a few pennies on gas too ;-)

I always frequent here for groceries and banking. My wife and i live in the community and this particular location has the new upgraded build with the salad bar, cheese station, bakery, deli and Starbucks. You can stop in for a quick bite to eat, they have a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal on the inside and outside of the Kroger. There is a Fifth Third bank inside if you need to do any banking. The staff here are super friendly. This location stays open 24 hours. We give it two thumbs👍🏾🙂

Usually better selection than any other Kroger in West Cobb County. Lots more organic store brand options than the rest. Parking is usually not difficult. Gas pumps make it the total package. And I love the Starbucks!
