This store has been very reliable for me and has helped me out numerous times with whatever I needed- from quick turn-around print jobs to having useful office and packing supplies and of course shipping… The guys that work here are courteous and professional and service has always been overly helpful and prompt. It’s nice to have a place (and people) you can rely on every time you walk in. Thanks!

Professional and courteous service; excellent value for price; I was very easily able to return my cable box/equipment AND put 50# of documents into the shredding bin. The Staff was exceptional.

Been using this UPS store for years and had generally good experiences. They get busy at times and I'd recommend not going near closing to avoid longer waits. Pickups are normally at 6PM on weekdays which makes it easy to ship a package out after work without it bumping to the next day.

I had a wonderful recent experience with this store, as Stephanie was great in assisting with my claim for a damaged package. She submitted the claim on my behalf and provided regular updates on the status. While I wasn't too pleased that my package was damaged, UPS also did approve the claim and made it right, so I was satisfied in the resolution.

I've gone to this store for years and head a great experience every time.

I just left this UPS Store as Stephanie was amazing. She went beyond to make sure that I had a great experience at this location. It's hard to find good people in the customer service business and I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Stephanie. I went there to return 6 Amazon products and my experience was the best ever. Was in and out in a second and the process was so easy and simple. The lady at the counter was so friendly that I was looking around to purchase something just so I could support the store. I never leave reviews unless I have something bad to say but this experience was so great that I had to look them up. Thanks again!!!

We had some unwieldy items to ship, including a rug, and had to bring our toddler. The three ladies working at this store made the whole experience wonderful. They were so kind, professional, efficient and playful with our toddler. We were not looking forward to have to ship these items but the people at this store turned it into the highlight of our day.

Best place in Smyrna for shipping. Ashanti and her peers make sure everything I ever ship is packed extensively and with care. I've never had a bad experience here, and never worry about my packages once they're in the hands of this staff. From friendliness to being light on your budget, I would recommend them to anyone without pause. Five stars and then some! The best!

I have always had a great experience at this store. I don’t recall the girls name (reddish hair notary) but she was fantastic. Very helpful.
