Took my car to Auto Body It Is after my car was hit in a parking lot along the entire passenger side. When I dropped off my car Juan and Kissila made sure I had a rental set up and took the time to take me to Hertz. They were in constant communication with me in regards to the insurance company coming out to do the appraisal and with updates on the status of my car. The work that was done on my came out phenomenal. In addition to the bodywork from the accident, my rims and the front grill were blacked out. The detail in their work is on point. I highly recommend Juan and the other mechanics at Auto Body It Is to anyone that needs bodywork or any custom work done.

I’ve had to bring two vehicles to Auto Body It Is over the past two years. Flawless work on both of my Mercedes SUVs. The most recent work involved repaired a scraped and dented rear wheel well and rear bumper. If you’re going to have to get body work done, bring it here.

I’ve been to autobody it is twice over several years. Everyone is very kind and professional, and their workmanship is consistent and excellent. Kissila provided great communication throughout the entire repair process and kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I hope to never need them again, but if I do I wont go anywhere else. My repair came out perfect and they detailed my truck inside and out spotless for when I picked it up. Highly recommended.

I recently reached out to Juan at Auto Body It Is about some repair work needed on a brand new 2020 Mercedes Sprinter. He was able to look at the van and offer a very fair cost proposal that same day, as well as a reasonable timeframe to get the repairs and some additional cosmetic work to the van done. Within a month from my original visit, I had a like-new van, with the addition of Rhino-lining along the bottom panels to help protect it while traveling. You cannot tell that there was ever anything wrong. Juan, Otto and the rest of the crew were fantastic, and wonderful to deal with. Their work was professional and well done, and all completed within the promised timeline and budget. I would not hesitate to use them again. Nothing but pleased with the process and the results.

This was my second time at the shop (for separate unrelated work). Both times, Otto took the time for me to show him and talk with me about the issues I was having. He worked to understand my concerns and how to address them best. The quality of the repairs were top notch and punctual.

The waiting area was clean, comfortable and the receptionists were very kind and accommodating.

I will definitely return for my future needs.

I had my trunk of my white jeep fixed by Otto in April! He did a fabulous job with everything, my car looks brand new. The staff was great to work with as well. When I got my car returned the inside was spotless as well. I would highly recommend using this auto body shop, Otto is fabulous.

Five Star Service and Five Star Workmanship!! Just recently had my Mercedes repaired here. Otto the owner is professional and takes pride in his work. Nicole the Katia kept me well informed of the status of my repair and supplement information. Otto stayed late personally on a Friday night so my vehicle could be completed and delivered to me for Easter weekend. Highly recommend this shop for your luxury car repair!

They are very professional and did a great job fixing my BMW. I go there for every problem and it is nice to go to place that does not take advantage of you. Especially when you don't know about cars. The receptionist Kathia, is great and makes me feel welcomed every time I go in.

Shop was recommended by two different local shops I frequent, and for good reason. Otto was timely, polite, and the quality of the work they did for my Lotus Elise is great. Got plenty more for them to paint and would recommend them to friends and family. ευχαριστώ / grazie

Honestly the best car fixers case in point one of the owners Ottaviano an Honest good hard working man that wants to do the job right and make sure everything is fair between him, the owner of the car, and the insurance company. His shop does not beat around the bushes he does the job at the best he can. One time I got rear-ended and I drive a Mercury Grand marqui and Apparently it was hard to find the lights to my car because they stopped making them but after my car was fixed he assured me that he (Ottaviano) would not stop till he finds the replacement part to my car about 3 to 4 months go by and he calls me up and tells me he found a good looking pair of lights and would like me to come over so he can place them on my car no charge because the insurance had already covered it he (Ottaviano) just wanted to make sure he got the job done and proper, no "Mickey mouse" business. I would highly recommend them and plan on bringing my car back to him if it ever gets damaged again.

I wanted to say thank you to the friendly staff at AutoBody It Is for making my experience with fixing my Infinity FX37 go smoothly. They were friendly, punctual and honest. Although i live 30 mins away from their location, i will continue coming here.
