I have been working with KC over the past 5 years, since we moved to Marietta. As my kids have gotten to driving age, KC has been extremely helpful in navigating all of the changes in rates and making us aware of all of the available discount options that are available to us. He has been extremely patient in running multiple scenarios for cars and drivers to see which will be the most cost effective for us. The best insurance agency I’ve ever used. They are not like Geico or Progressive, where you talk to robots and customer service you will never meet. I trust them with all of my insurance policies.

I have lived in Marietta, Georgia for 24 years and have had my home and 3 automobiles insured by several different insurance companies within this time frame. I typically shop for the lowest price for comparable insurance... and hope that the customer service is good enough to satisfy any claims I may have. Six years ago I met KC Kadow, with State Farm, and not only received a combined rate that beat out all the other companies I have used in the past (GEICO. Progressive, Allstate), but I also acquired an insurance agent that has proven to be very responsive in taking care of all of my insurance needs. He has always responded to my phone calls the same day and has been expeditious in helping me get reimbursed for 3 towing incidents and the replacement of the roof of my home which was damaged by hail.
I have been extremely happy with my State Farm experience and continue to enjoy my low rates.
