In the past year and a half I have had serious damage happen to my car twice while being parked in the city. My insurance works directly with Allston auto works and made the entire process A BREEZE. The first time I went to them, someone did a hit and run on my car. They were so professional, friendly and easy going. They got the repairs done quick and it looked absolutely amazing. Since they work directly with my insurance company, I didn’t have to do a single thing and all the finances were taken care of between them without me needing to submit anything. I had such a good experience that when I had the second incident a couple days ago (a light pole fell on my car during the blizzard) I chose to go to them even though it was an extra 20 minute drive. I had the same employees help me and they were so great!! I also used Stanley’s tow company listed on their website as they work closely and that made it even easier. I cannot recommend them enough and want to go to them for all things car related.

My car was hit while parked, causing damage to the front drivers side- resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage and repairs. I was referred here by my insurance and I am so glad I was. They worked with my insurance directly, coordinated a rental on my behalf (that was dropped off and picked up on site) and did a beautiful job on my car! They also detailed the inside and put air in my tires. I was thrilled with this business!

Hands down, the best auto body work in MA! Tiki and the team are knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, reliable and pleasant to work with. Positive experience at Allston Auto Works makes such a difference during the times we all try to avoid - accidents, hit-and-run situations, etc. And these guys deal with insurance adjusters directly so you never have to lift a finger. Five stars all the way!

TK and his staff are great with both communication and quality of work. I have used him multiple times before on a recommendation by a coworker and have not looked back since. Very trustworthy and honest mechanics, even to complete strangers, which in this day is beyond valuable to find.

The best auto body service I've ever had. TK and the team here know what they are taking about, communicated well, and did above and beyond the job. My car was vandalized and they had to work with some difficult people to get payment. They were so patient and always called to let me know what was going on.
They even cleaned and vacuumed out my car when it was done.

Excelled auto body shop! I was able to get an appointment for a Saturday morning so that I did not have to miss work to get my mirror replaced and it only took one hour! Amazing service! They also helped buffer out a dent and washed my car. I was so impressed at the service and the price I will definitely return for any future auto body work!

Mr. Kaneko offered highly professional and genuine help to solve a problem with my car's paint. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and it actually turned out to be a really minor issue. I probably should not have troubled him for such a minor problem in retrospect, but I did not realize that until he diagnosed it. He was polite and helpful throughout our interaction despite this. I would like to thank him very much, and would definitely recommend Allston Auto Works for any body work and repair.

Great attention all around. TK not only fixed all the major bumps and scratches we reported through the insurance. He also took great care of other minor details, leaving our car spotless.
