Loved the service. Our waitress was super friendly and quick with our requests. It was New Year's Eve Night and the atmosphere was crazy however her energy helped make it a perfect place to grab a bite to eat before the clock struck 12
Seafood boil didn't have a lot of food but I would say it's enough when you're on the go. There's an upstairs with a balcony overlooking Bourbon, but there was a party up there so I didn't go.
Lots of TVs and a view of outside.
Strong drinks and well seasoned food.

We missed going to the Royal house and were told this was a sister restaurant so gave it a shot. Normally we avoid Bourbon Street but this was not the loud chaos expected. The service was great the bar was nice and quiet and the service was amazing.
I had Blackened chicken with Jambalaya and it was amazing. My wife had a bowl of Gumbo which was also amazing.

Tldr food was amazing and if you need a later night meal that has that great NOLA taste hit them up

Perfect affordable choice for a casual Cajun dining experience. We were seated with 5 minutes of arriving. The hostess was friendly, and our waiter (I think it was Antuan) was awesome and had the best smile. I started with the Hurricane and I thought it was the best that I had this week. It had a litte bit more pineapple than most, which I liked. It was also pretty! I had the Taste of New Orleans with the Jambalaya, Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice. It was all very tasty but my favorite was definitely the Jambalaya. I was scraping my bowl to get every last bite. My dining partner had the Southern Fried Fish meal. The plate was overflowing with fish,, fries, onion rings and bread. She loved the fish, that the breading was spot on. The onions rings, were nice and crisp. The french fries were fine, nothing special. The decor and atmosphere were fun and festive. Someone was playing drums (or buckets) during our entire meal, which annoyed my dining partner, but honestly I hardly noticed it and when I did, I thought it added to the experience.; There were several people sitting at the bar that looked like they were having a great time, so this is probably a great place to just stop for a drink. This is definitely a great choice for a modestly priced meal on Bourbon Street where you don't have to make reservations.

Stopped here first for a bite to eat in New Orleans before hitting bourbon street. Great food and friendly staff.

Nice and quiet escape from the chaos of Bourbon Street. The food was delicious and the servers were on top of everything.

The food was ok for a place in the middle of Bourbon Street, but i wouldn't go back there. There was a really bad trash like smell around the restaurant entrance, and some parts of the floor, specifically by the bathrooms, were super slippery. I almost slipped and fell down! Our server was really nice and friendly though.

Kathy was amazing she is patient, kind and very resourceful. The food was amazing, and trying the alligator for the first time was delicious 😋. This place was worth the money spent!

This is a great place to stop in to grab a bite to eat & enjoy the view on Bourbon Street. The crab cakes I got were really good, the service was prompt, & the atmosphere being open to Bourbon Street was fantastic! Would definitely eat here again!

The most exquisite food I’ve had in a very long time. I tried the claws from the starters & the charbroiled oysters. The most delicious pasta plate was the crab cake Alfredo - Oh My God! The creamiest, most buttery, cheesy pasta. If you ever come, please try the crab cake pasta! So delicious :P our server, Kathy was the most attentive and helpful. She helped us pick the best items from the menu, knowing we were coming from Atlanta and we wanted to have a delicious dining experience.

We ate there on Christmas. It was very busy, but serve was fast. We ordered the gumbo and the seafood combo platter. Everything was delicious!!! The portions were so big we still had leftovers even after splitting the dish between two of us. Our waitress was Kathy and she was very friendly and always checking on us.

Really amazing food and drinks. Bonus amazing music outside.

Since being the foodie of the group I hang out with, many of my food choices were the ones we went to and pier 424 was on the list!

Initially, they told us 20 mins wait, but we got in after a few mins, which was awesome!

Love the interior with all the arches in the front entrance and the whole vibe of the place

Food was awesome! Alligator po boy was on point. Alligator meat had a nice chewiness to it and paired with the batter, fried to perfection!

The oysters were also delicious! Super fresh and oysters are always such a great choice, especially at seafood houses!

Drinks, they were not that big for the price, but you definitely get packed a punch with the favour, iykyk

Service was just at its best! Waitress was super friendly! Service with a smile the entire time she approached our table!

We visited on 3/3/24. Our server Melanie was amazing!! Ever since she first greeted our table, you could tell she was proud of what her establishment had to offer and wanted everyone to have a great experience. Thanks Melanie for being so attentive!…sorry for all the confusion we may have caused😉

This is such a fantastic place! Kick back relax at the bar with a delicious drink and some appetizers or enjoy some comfortable seating in their really cool themed dinning area. Service was spectacular 👌 and the food was on the spot! This place was lit and is definitely a repeater!

Would give more stars if I could. Starting with J.C. the awesome experience started. After wonderful conversation we were taken to our balcony seats, great view and the weather was great. J.C. is great for your place. Kim took over and the rest of the meal was perfect. The food was top notch and the service matched. We wanted for nothing with Kim, she also made the dinner a pure pleasure! Great food, staff, and atmosphere is the reason I highly recommended checking this place out. 👍👍

I have to say this plqce was a gem. This place came highly recommended from a fellow New Yorker and we agree the food was great. My favorite dish were the crab claws. That is a five star dish. Whatever they use to make the sauce, it tastes AMAZING. I would definitely go back again and again for that dish. The rest of the food was really good as well. The ambience was great. And we had a great view of the scene on Bourbon Street. Customer service was great.

The servers were great and the food was fabulous. Nothing bad to say about this place. I will definitely be back. Shrimp Po'Boy was amazing.

There a waiter named Margaret. She don't like to serve African American people 🙄. She brought her manger over to speak with to us to explain the reason for replacing Margaret. Margaret being to explain the reason she did not want to continue providing service to use.

She blamed us (party of 5) for having an attitude towards her when ordering the food. She then continue to say we were rude towards her and made her feel uncomfortable when taking our order. She failed to take accountability and continue to put her countertransfer on to myself and my family.

The manager (I think 🤔 he was missing from Crayon from his box mentally) Begin to patronize and fail to recognize the employee mistake. He tried to show empathy towards the situation, but completely failed His actions were completely unprofessional. His Appearance as a manager, it was completely unprofessional. His uniform was dirty and his hair was unkept. His language towards us was completely unprofessional. (Lite skin male with short dread locks)

However, the food was amazing. Margaret the waiter was replaced by a another waiter name Lacey. She was amazing. Great service and Attentive. I definitely recommend going. Because the food was amazing, but I highly recommend that you ask the waiter's name and if it's margaret, don't receive service from her.
