I was seen, x-rayed, and stitched up after cutting my thumb within an Hour. This was much better service than I received at UMC after waiting there for at least 5 hours. This incident happened about 2 years ago.

This is about the PHARMACY.
Pharmacy instructs to call about getting prescription delivered and confirming address. Unsure if I need to call if I am picking it up myself, so I do. Woman on phone is audibly annoyed I am calling and hangs up the split second I have confirmed.
Second time I come in, I do not call ahead, since based on the message and the previous woman’s attitude it must only be for if you are having it delivered. Woman cannot find my prescription. Gets annoyed and says I really have to follow the text instructions and they’re not calling people anymore.
Annoyed if you do call, annoyed if you don’t.
