My daughter favorite spot at Natick Mall. Staff is always helpful 👍

Always loved this store as a teen, worked here for a short time while in HS, glad to see its still alive & kicking in a new spot at the mall. LOVE the New Mall, however, nothing beats the old natick mall on a friday/Saturday night, place used to be hopping with teens just hanging with their friends having a fun night out. Most of the stores are a bit too upscale now & I know mall security is much more strict about kids 'loitering' around now.... but let's remember, its a mall! Thats whats people do, stand around & shop & even sit when they get too tired from shopping.

Store was busy, staff was still helpful and attentive.

This is just a review of my interaction with one of the employees Ty (over the phone), and a nice blonde woman with glasses (in store). I feel like retail employees don’t get enough credit when they do a fantastic job so I felt the need to write this.

I just called and spoke with Ty. I called about Squishmallows, which I am sure they are probably bombarded about especially recently. Ty was super kind and extremely helpful, telling me a bit about when they got shipments so I could check back (they didn’t have the item I was calling about). Overall just a very positive customer service experience.

Last week I went to go see if the item had called about was in store, it wasn’t but while looking around I saw a shirt I liked. The shirt was high up and I am vertically challenged so I was about to move on, especially cause it looked like only XL sizes left. Then I was approached by a lady who offered to help me get the shirts down anyway. She was super kind and helpful, I just remember leaving thinking that I definitely want to give them my business.

Honestly I have had some AWFUL customer service experiences over the past year, especially in retail. So to have a really nice experience TWICE at the same store, I had to write a review.

PS 13/14 year old me with dyed black hair would have done ANYTHING for a Hot Topic. I think I sent them an email on why they should open a location in my town. We got one a few years later, I like to think I had something to do with that 😂

I cannot express how much I love hot topic! The prices are high for not great quality but there aren’t many alt/indie/etc stores around so this is great, the jewelry,cat ears,clothes etc are adorable and always have cool stuff,

Went in with a horde of rowdy tweens. The employees were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We discovered an item was defective after purchase and they handled the exchange very well.

Greatly appreciate the clearance section, I like to see a major brand offer thriftier options.

i’ve never had a bad experience in here. the employees are very nice and make conversation with people. the customers are sometimes a little annoying and careless but that’s life lol. but the environment itself is very nice and well supplied with merch and helpful people.

Always love the items they have here. I have never been disappointed here before!! Everything is great quality and the employees have always been amazing!

Really good store I got some stuff there with no problems, employees where nice.

The employees are always really sweet and understanding especially Brooke and Jordan.

The workers very helpful, and the store's doing a solid job with COVID safety. Also, great selection of tshirts and accessories!

Brook is awesome!!! Made my 14yr old really comfortable with trying to shop on her own😘
