I am an Executor of an estate. To prepare the house for market, I called three painters/painting companies. CertaPro was the least expensive, the most detailed in their estimate and the quickest in response time. To make this experience even better, the job was done ahead of schedule, within days and with an amazing attention to detail. I even called and added an exterior paint job to the project and they didn't bat an eye. Done! I can't praise the customer service highly enough. The paint team were so pleasant, courteous and tidy. We were extremely pleased with the work done by the crew from Certa Pro Painters of Chapel Hill. They took great care to cover and protect all of our flooring and furniture. I picked a color for an accent wall in our foyer that I didn't like once it was on the wall. For a small fee they sent out a painter the next business day to repaint it with a color I was very happy with...just in time to finish the project before the holidays. I would recommend this business to anyone who is wanting a very professional company to paint their house. They do big jobs and small jobs.

I had a small but challenging job - painting one side of the second floor of my home -
The gable over an A-frame garage roof.
I was worried about what it would cost me. Also I have had a series of problems with prior painters…so I was anxious.
I have to admit that I expect quality.

As it turned out, I was very impressed with CertaPro Painters.
They were very quick -
With the estimate and with getting the job done.
They accommodated my very specific demands on how I wanted the work done and included those specifications in our contract.
They had a painter who did the painting (and he worked really hard in terrible heat) who did a great job. I tipped him because I was genuinely appreciative.
They had a job supervisor who checked in with me at beginning, middle and end.
They had a carpenter to do the wood replacement that was needed.
The workers did not speak English-
which was challenging -
but the job supervisor compensated for it by communicating on my behalf.
The price was much more reasonable than I had feared.
I would use them again without any hesitation.
I recommend them wholeheartedly.

After the work was done we walked it with Oskar & everything looks great. I especially want to complement the second man (I didn't get his name). I came out to watch for a bit and noticed him spraying an upper wall (exterior, Hardipanel siding). He stopped several times in order to pull out a small scraper and remove some loose old paint before spraying the area again. This was after the pressure-wash & general scraping prior to painting. This is the kind of attention to detail that I hope for from your company. And it was great to see our faith in you continues to be justified. You guys are the best. Also I believe one of the women noticed that the hinges on a carport closet were badly rusted and painted them with the same semi-gloss black as the steel posts which were in the job bid. Again, attention to detail - we love it.

From start to finish...the estimates and work crew were absolutely awesome!!! We are very happy with the choice we made in CertaPro.

We hired CertaPro to hang wallpaper and paint our exterior which also involved some minor repairs. They were very responsive, and the crew did a fantastic job. They worked quickly, were conscientious and left the work area spotless when they were done. We would definitely work with CertaPro again.

Cabinets look great! Professionally done. Also painted my brick fireplace. The color is perfect and modernizes the whole room.
