The best place to go to when you want to read or do some work or hang out with friends in between shopping.

Really nice Barnes & Noble location with what seems like a big selection of books. My wife and I enjoyed our visit, and sipping on some coffee at the Café while reading. The mall out here is nice!

Had a PC of different quiche & it was delicious. Had a great chI tea, very flavorful & not too spicy. Also tried a maple bacon cookie. Yummy 🤤. Delightful young lady took care of me named Bella. I gave the manager a major compliment. Keep up the great work & your employees!!

Likely the best Barnes & Noble in Durham, they have a incredible stock of games, toys, books (of course), and other items. While I do not understand the the logic of continuing with an electronics department at this point, that has little to do with whether or not I can recommend this place. The Starbucks is quick and efficient. The employees were always available if I have a question, but thankfully they do not press or overly invade your space. The two-story design is unique among Barnes and Nobles that I've seen, and there are plenty of tidy areas to sit down, take a load off, and decide what you're going to get. I find that Barnes & Noble is doing better with their pricing than the last time I checked in. Because of this I can actually recommend buying books here as opposed to online. I do not recommend joining their club unless you are a frequent shopper. Full disclosure, I used to work for the retailer way back in the day. The breakdown back then was, if you're going to spend $200 or more a year, join the club. If you're not then don't. Now I specifically didn't ask about this, but this hadn't changed as of a year ago.

Tim was incredibly helpful. I was searching for a game and he was so quick to show me, He even offered to explain another game that he thought I'd like. I'm so impressed with him.

Greatest breakfast ever! You can pick your own breakfast items. They gave sugar free syrup.

It was CRAWLING with people but still was kept clean. The children's reading area was understandly a little messy, but for the amount of people in there it looked good. I have a toddler and didn't expect anything less. The staff was courteous and patient. We go often to let our little explore.

Felt like I entered the heaven of books. It is so good for readers and kids. Loved all the Harry Potter collection in toys section

Plenty of options here, including books, toys, board games, vinyl records, CDs and it even has a coffee shop inside. Situated in the Streets of South point, this Barnes and Noble location has two floors and is quite expansive. Their selection is unmatched for the area of Raleigh-Durham.

I forgot the employees name, but it’s the guy that loves Star Wars with a beard. I really appreciate talking to him and getting information about where to start with the books. He was a wealth of knowledge and I can’t wait to go back and tell him what I thought of the books!

I must say the best thing about the store other than the location, is the kids area. If you have small kids and just want to get them out of the house, I recommend this location! Nice and clean ☺

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was so helpful helping me find the book I was looking for. The coffee at Barnes n noble was better then my normal Starbucks store.

I like to take my daughter, she and I enjoyed it a lot. It’s a time to get to know each other.

The notes left on the bookshelf in the Manga section included a suggestion from an employee for readers to check out spy x family. Someone here has goof taste and the drawing was cute. I appreciate whoever did that. The store is managed well. Cosign tf out of this location

Went in this store before going to a movie and was looking for “The Tao of Pooh”. Kenny was working behind the customer service desk and let me know he would be right with me as he continued to help enthusiastically others on the phone. When it was my turn I asked if the book I was looking for was in and unfortunately it was not. He did offer to order it for me which was super nice. I asked if “The Te of Piglet” was in and it was. Kenny wrote down the location and author on a piece of paper and offered to take me up to the second floor to show me where it was. I noticed he was busy so I suggested that I would be ok to find it myself. After several minutes passed I def could not find it but sure enough Kenny must have noticed I wasn’t down yet or maybe he was coming up to just check and he helped me right away. Very friendly and really wonderful. Grateful to have such wonderful people still eager to help and great at what they do.
