A wonderful group camping location on the lake....very spacious and cared for... Staff are responsive and understanding... Water pressure on site is plentiful... Views from the campsite are what we hoped for... Unfortunately, there are planes from time to time overhead... But not bad... Bathrooms and showers are well kept and hot water is plentiful... We will definitely be rebooking again...

Really lovely campsites on Jordan Lake. We didn't have direct access to the water, but could have selected a site closer to the water if I wanted to.
This time of year, the bathrooms are locked during the week (which was on the posted info but we didn't really pay attention so it was a bit of surprise for us).

We love car & tent camping. Loved the clean and freely available bathhouse. Good privacy this time of year.

My only word of warning: be prepared to be "inside" of wherever you are sleeping when the sun sets. The yellow flies and other flying bugs came out and were relentless, even with our tried and true thermocell. It's not unexpected being out in the wilderness, but should be known in advance.

We will ABSOLUTELY be back for a longer stay next time!

The water level is too high because of recent storm. The ramp was completely flooded and in some places parking spaces are completely submerged in water.

It's a great place for a family outing, fishing, camping,They have 3 beaches. My grandkids loved it. You have to get there early in the morning, bring your food, drinks and don't forget the charcoal for the grill.

This was my first time here. It's a beautiful spot! It's a very big area, and was also very clean. There was a nice playground area for kids, nice bathrooms, and even a pretty area for camping. It is definitely a great place to relax.

Just beautiful 😍 I stayed at the Poplar Point section.
The RV sites are far enough apart so as not to disturb your neighbors.
Many of them double as tent sites.
I was surprised to learn that they just installed 50 amp service as well⚡
Nice walking trail🥾🚶

Love this lake! My papa is a regular here he drives here from Durham. He goes to this lake almost every week. Caught some great fish here, lost my biggest fish I ever caught and made some awesome memories

Sites were great, had 5 total, 2 with power and water (no issues), 3 with no power or water but beach access.Very clean, no trash. Restroom facilities were clean, 3 shower stalls, plenty of sinks and pots. Flushable toilets not holes in the ground. Friendly staff. Eagles, ospreys and plenty of other wildlife.

Jordan Lake is a fantastic place to visit at any time of the year. With its serene atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and diverse wildlife, it's a nature lover's paradise. Whether you're hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying a picnic by the lake, there's always something new and exciting to discover. Needless to say my family and I had a blast visiting Jordan Lake this year.

This was a fun stay. Was there for 7 days and it went fast with lots to do in the area. Staff was easy to work with and kept the park up well. Our spot (B9) was secluded with the neighbors a ways away, and an easy walk to the lake! Will go back if in the area.

Great water front campsites (tents) and nice spacious pads with power just behind them (have power hookup). Can’t beat the cost for a couple night rental. Swimming was good and the water is super warm (it was early August), great to lounge and just relax in, just don’t expect to take a dip and cool off 🤣

Great trails. We always enjoy the New Hope trails. Flexible distance as you can hike both the red and blue or just one. The red trail is more challenging with more total elevation gain.
We usually bring our two dogs, they love it!

Tons of different state recreation areas around the lake. My favorite so far is Ebeneezer Church, lots of great parking overlooking the water. Perfect for a sad, lonely lunch in your car while you contemplate your life choices.

Beautiful camping.
Very large campground. Easy in and out for big rigs with a tow.

Great boat ramp and parking across the street from the campground.

Very much enjoyed camping here with my son's. Campsites are nice enough and easy to get to, clearly marked. Bathouses we're better than expected. We camped right on the lake and the boys fished all day and night. Caught plenty of channel catfish. Will go again!
