Strays At Ship-N-Shop

Owner is friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. I've had many great experiences with this store and the owner. I personally love seeing all the dogs in the store and am thrilled that this man takes care of dogs in need!

Plenty of neat local art and artisan crafts for sale. My mother and I went on my birthday and I quite enjoyed looking around. Man at register was very friendly (and so were the dogs). Beautiful prints, wonderous wire crafts, gorgeous jewelry, all very pretty.
My only critique is how the back section is a little all over the place (there was a surprising amount of holiday items). It doesn't match the other composed and organized parts of the store.
I haven't shipped anything through this service, but I assume it isn't half bad (based on the other reviews.)

The gentleman who owns and runs this shop is a delight. In the many years I have been bringing packages and mail here, he has always been kind and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about shipping options and is super efficient. Things move quickly. He was training a teenager a few summers ago to work as a shop assistant, and he exhibited the patience of Job in trying to teach this kid the ropes.

This shop's owner is, simply put, a gem! We are often out of the country and have all our mail forwarded to his shop during those times; he's always been nothing short of perfectly courteous and helpful. When shipping items, he takes the time to patiently explain all the options and their cost. I am in this shop quite often, and I have never seen the owner yell or behave in a rude manner to anyone. In fact, I dread the moment this gentleman will retire as this will be a huge loss for Southern Village.

I don’t agree with comments about owner. I have been going to Strays off and on for 8 years...always received excellent customer service. In fact, owner went out of his way to be accommodating on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, southern village can be notorious for entitled and unpleasant patrons. Money doesn’t always equal happiness or good manors. I say “calm down” to the negative reviewers.

Love to ship here. The owner is super helpful and it's wonderful to meet the dogs he rescues. There are also lots of nice gift items in the shop, many of which are made by local artists.

Glad to have this business near by. Saves me trips to the post office. Why wait in long lines to ship things or to get stamps. It's convenient, right next to Weaver St. Market in Southern village.

Strays is a great place. Friendly and full of great art and gifts. Bob is extremely fun and helpful. Highly recommended as a place to look for a unique gift, find some local art, or simply ship a package. I use Stray's mailboxes for business mail and love it.

Very helpful with all. Of the shipping processes and recommendations. Even offered recycled shipping materials in lieu of buying them! Lovely boutique as well and some friendly pups hanging out.

Owner is so helpful and careful about masking. Prices are super reasonable. They also have beautiful stamps!
