We had an awesome time at the campground. Very nice and safe. My dogs had an awesome time as well. One went swimming in the lake. The other had a good time walking the trail.

We just loved camping here with our Cooper! Trails to explore and beautiful water all around. Peaceful and quiet was our experience.

Camped here for the first time with my husband and loved it. The beach is nice and our camping site was clean. The restrooms could be cleaner, but it wasn’t bad. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

A great place for family to go camping. There are a lot of fun things to do: swimming, boating, hiking and more. The area, including the toilet and shower rooms, is safe, kept clean and is well-maintained. The beach is kids friendly. Highly recommended for a quick getaway!

Very nice camp ground. They have places to swim with life jackets available. They have some great fishing. My son caught a nice 2 lbs bass off the dock. There is 4 lanes to put your water sports equipment into the water. It's a great place to take the family for camping. The only thing I didn't like was you can only stay 14 days then you have to leave for 17 days. So if your working over the road and need a long term sire this is not for you but the place is nice to just stay at for the 14 days.

This is my family's favorite place to take our camper. We don't live around here, but the drive is always worth it. The scenery is beautiful, the bathrooms are well kept, but most importantly it doesn't feel like your surrounded by people; there's a pretty good amount of space in between campsites. The lake is great for tubing, kayaking, and they have a roped off section of beach for swimming as well. My whole family and I love it here!

Well. So much to say about Jordan Lake's Camping sites. All the information is updated often on the website. We camped for 3 days. Sites are, by personal opinion, close together, maybe 15 feet apart. You can park two cars. Noise is out at 10:00 PM. So for relaxing, great place. For laughing and partying, not so much. No alcohol is allowed.
Very family friendly. Kids on bikes and swimming, if you're close to the water. Or there are sites close to playgrounds. We were close to the water, so early in the morning I woke up to do yoga. We enjoyed the day out on the boat and returned to shower and cook. The restroom locations are mostly maintained cleaned. Some people just can't see the garbage can I guess. Showers are good enough. Bring your sandals.
You can relax on your chairs go fishing. Lots and lots to do there. The area at Jordan Lake is so big that I can't possibly say what is the best spot. It's a matter or opinion. But you can find lots of information on the website. Jordan Lake Recreational. Super Good Place.

This is our favorite place to camp. Electric and water hookups. Dump station isn't too far from the camp sites. Bathrooms are cleaned daily. Great for fishing, swimming, sun bathing, hiking, bike riding, even saw someone on their one wheel zooming around. It is the perfect blend of nature and city. It's 20 minutes to the nearest Target/restaurants so if you forget something, it's not too much of a hassle. We try to stay here every other month because it's the perfect place to decompress and reset. A HUGE bonus is that there is no breed restrictions so my pups can come. We found an area that we could swim(water's really gross for my liking) and teach him to swim. I can't express just how much I love coming here. Groot does too. Lol.

Nice NC State Park campground. Lots are roomy and most are fairly level. Spaced far enough apart to have privacy. Some spots have lake views. There is also boat launch and public beach with swimming.

This is a great campsite. The bathrooms were not a bad walk, and were clean (although bring your own soap - even for the sinks). There isn't a beachy area that we found to walk up to the lake. It was frigid and windy, so the lake was very choppy and seemed rough and deep right up to the shore. Your neighbors are pretty close, but the layouts provide decent enough privacy. We would go back.

I really love going to Jordan lake no matter what seasons it may be, if you love photography this place is a good spot for a spectacular sunsets.
It is also nice to cool down during the summer, and there are various activities you can do for jet ski, canoeing, paddle boarding , boating or simply just lay out in the sun and have fun. I also love hiking and or bring your bike for trail biking and there are also families that do picnic and or play beach volleyball.

We really enjoyed our weekend here! I was so glad to know there were showers and toilets and a place to blowdry my hair. We got 2 campsites side by side and the whole family had such a great time. Caught some fish, grilled some burgers and had tons of laughs.

Great place to take your dogs. There are a bunch of trails in the woods and and a lot of beach area for your pups to play. Dogs aren't allowed on the people beaches but those get too crowded anyway. There is plenty of other water front to take your dogs walking.

This place is very clean and well taken care of. The trail was clearly marked & easy to find / follow. It was not too hard to walk with senior dogs, and they really enjoyed it :) I didnt see any off-leash dogs or piles of poop, which is nice because it means ppl are picking up after their dogs and following the rules, etc...safe and fun park!

Great family friendly environment. If your looking for a falling down drunk get away this is not for you. It's quiet lots of birds and squirrels deer . Oh yeah and campers which don't seem like they are here. Do peaceful and beautiful. The smell of pine needles and camp food grilling and a few padding boats in the distance. This is life.

We lived this campground. All
The sites had plenty of space and are pretty much in full shade. We reserved a site where we could put our kayaks in right from our site. Had a blast discovering so many wild mushrooms.
