It's a good threading salon. I generally get my eyebrows done here and the lady always does it perfectly. She knows the shape I like and takes time to make sure her work is perfect.

Neeta does my eyebrow threading and she’s the only one I will let do them. Totally worth the drive to either Brookline or Waltham. Neeta has also done Microblading to my eyebrows. I barely have eyebrows and she’s literally transformed mine. Neeta’s work is impeccable and thorough and also affordable. She’s also just a very nice person. I highly recommend her! In fact, I already have to friends. Note: photo attached is right after the service. Like any tattoo, it lightens up slightly to normal about a week or so after.

Super clean and well-maintained woman-of-color owned business! Neeta waxed my legs and was efficient and very nice. Joyful and making me laugh even when it hurt a bit. They have a huge range of services even though they’re called “threading salon”, including full-body waxing, facials, hair stuff. I can’t believe they’ve been here 11 years and I didn’t know about them! I was especially pleased with how covid cautious and hygienic the experience was.

I've been going to Heritage Threading Salon to get my eyebrows done for about 7 years. For the past 6 years, I have been traveling across the city of Boston just to go to Heritage. Over the last several years, I have tried 3 or 4 threading salons closer by to where I live, but haven't had a satisfactory experience.
At Heritage, I generally walk away very happy with how my eyebrows look: always naturally shaped, never too thin and always clean. In the last 7 years, i have only once (that i can remember) walked out of Heritage unhappy with how my eyebrows were done. One of the beauticians (I don't know her name) left the bottom of my left brow uneven and then upon making her mistake, was too scared to fix it. Preet does the best job with eyebrows, as far as I'm concerned. I always try to have her do my eyebrows if she is there.
Additionally, when I got married 2.5 years ago - a quickly planned wedding - Nita went out of her way to do my henna for my wedding day. Scheduling the henna appointment with only 1 day notice, she came into the salon early on a Saturday morning to just to see me, and had just made a fresh batch of henna. She did an extraordinary job, the henna came out dark, and I got a lot of compliments.
In my 7 years of experience as their customer, I haven't ever had any problems with customer service nor with ever being forced to tip. I do tip anyway, as one should, so the other reviews claiming that they force their customers to tip, seems rather uncharacteristic.

Love the way the owner is taking a precautious measures in these pandemic times.
Located on Harvard St inside the arcade mall it's a very well maintained place.
Currently it's better to make an appointment ahead and go.
She( owner) was wearing mask and gloves and she even checked my temperature (impressive).
Carry cash as she prefers cash over card.

I’ve been having my eyebrows threaded at Heritage for almost ten years now, and I have always been thrilled with their service! I have also started having my eyebrows tinted there as well, and get so many compliments on them. Heritage is always exceptionally clean and their work is impeccable!

I regularly come here for eyebrow threading. They have always been able to accommodate walk ins, and the service is speedy and relatively painless. They have a discount with student ID which makes brow threading $10.

The prices are affordable compared to Boston threading and the service was quick, clean and wonderful. Loved my brows after threading

I go to this place for eyebrow and wax treatment, the owner is very nice and talented. There is no way to leave unsatisfied from this place
