The Golden Pineapple

We LOVED our experience at the Golden Pineapple! It was our first time there, we've heard a little about it. The drink menu is very fun and has something for everyone. Non alcoholic and alcoholic options. We both had the Bodega sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches we both have ever had! Everything about the sandwich was incredible and the side salad was so delicious! The atmosphere was nothing short of pleasant. Fantastic place. We will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s just hands down amazing. Cocktail artists with true talent, creative drinks, delicious food. Wings are second to none and portions are damn good. Don’t wait…go tonight!

Get the burger!!! Came for dinner on national burger day and they did not disappoint! The house salad is amazing!! They use local greens and a house made vinaigrette. The service was excellent. Down to earth people with personalities not robots. Our drinks were top notch as well! 10/10 Definitely coming back

Coolest decor in Asheville. Get there early - it gets crowded. Friendly bartenders and patrons. Fun drinks and the deviled eggs are the jam.

The Golden Pineapple has quickly become one of our favorite establishments in Asheville. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming. The playlist is always awesome. There are many alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. You will find all kinds of unique cocktails at The Golden Pineapple. My personal favorites are the frozen drinks: The Baja Blast and The Guava Colada, but they have literally every kind of alcohol you could imagine and the bartenders truly enjoy their craft. We also LOVE The Bodega Sandwiches (add hashbrowns). I am from NJ and always on the hunt for a delicious pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich and The Golden Pineapple consistently understands that assignment. It’s our go to dinner spot on weekends and we truly always look forward to it.

I hate how long it’s taken me to leave a good review for one of my favorite places. I love everything about GP, the staff, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, Marty, everything is perfect. I could throw a dart at the menu and whatever it lands on would make my day.

From the incredible creative cocktail menu to the sweet and authentic vibe, this is one of my most favorite spots in all of Asheville. Not only are the staff and the owners very kind, but the “bar food” could match any highly esteemed restaurant in town.

Everytime we visit Asheville, we come to The Golden Pineapple. The drinks are creative and delicious, and the food (especially the vegetable dishes) is phenomenal. 10/10 drinks, food, and service!

Fine dining under the guise of a bar... Just kidding. They nailed that, too. I came for the Okonomiyaki and the Mezcal. Don't forget to hit the QR on the menu to unlock the extensive secrets of the tequila/mezcal list.

This place rules. Only here for a weekend and came here twice because of how good the drinks and wings were! Each drink we tried was delicious, and the bartenders are great! Besides the wings, the other food we tried (like the peppers caesar and the burrata) was also interesting and excellent.

Awesome cocktails and the food was superb! Love the vibes of the entire place! Will be back again, one of my favorite places to go when visiting Asheville 🤓👍

I can’t express how fantastic this place is. The food is technically far beyond what you expect and it was a shock to the system that something of this caliber can be under the ceiling of a bar with the laid back fun vibes of Golden Pineapple. Beyond impressed. Will be back… frequently.

Great bar, friendly staff, and fantastic food. Went during the Christmas miracle pop up. Decorations where amazing, holiday spirit everywhere.

Fantastic selection of spirits, Suntory Toki tap, Chill box of Eda Rhyne Fernet— a cocktail drinker’s dreamland. The beverage menu also includes a selection of “No Grav” NA drinks as well as wines, draft and bottle beer and cider.

The Golden Pineapple has an inventive food menu that’s worth checking out. We shared the Blooming Kimchi, the Spiedy and their take on a Pork Roll Egg n Cheese. We loved everything — my Spiedy sandwich was messy in the most delicious way! We can’t wait to come back — we’ve heard great things about their Sunday pizza nights.

My husband and my favorite bar in town. Staff is always welcoming and takes the time to walk you through their cocktail list if you are unsure what to order. In truth, anything you order will be delicious. Lots of thought put into details, from cocktails and draft choices to quirky decor and great ambiance. I've heard the pizza is quite good as well (I'm gluten free). Do yourself a favor and check his place out!

I popped in to golden pineapple during a visit to Asheville and it did not disappoint! I ordered one of “Casey’s famous mimosas” as I read about it on the board outside! YUM 😋! Cool decor and great tunes too. Can’t wait to come back!

Phenomenal cocktails served by the best folks in AVL! The space is beautiful, comfortable, and walkable to all West Asheville has to offer!
